A cute jewel with great hospitality..”
This is my 5th time I am coming back to this hotel. I love everything about it. The location is perfect. The staff are well trained & treat all guests with high respect & great hospitality. The facilities are all in good state. The breakfast is good. I did have some reservations about the food. The chef took the personal responsibility for making me special dish each and every single day. The room, good size, the bedsheets clean, towels clean & everything in the room is up to date. I will never stop talking about Mytt but I do highly recommend that you book it. You wont regret it. I stayed for seven days & not a single day I was dissatisfied or disappointed about their service. Thank you Mytt guys for making my holiday superb.

Everything was above and beyond excellent. The rooms where clean and spacious, the food was delicious, night time entertainment was great. The best pool with a great view. Great location to shopping, food and entertainment. The staff is really what makes this hotel superb. Two staff members in particular, Rose and Troy they where great very professional but also just like family. Love this place will be staying again and again.

Clean and Good location”
It’s a new hotel so facilities are top rate. Slept well because of a comfortable bed and beddings. The room I have is a little small. The pool on the 13th floor is an infinity pool with a beautiful view of the sea. The gym is well equipped but not used most of the time. Breakfast spread is not extensive but quality is good and staff are friendly. The hotel is situated just less than 10min walk from the new T21 shopping centre. Pattaya is getting crowded with tourists but this hotel is an oasis amidst the noise.

Good location, clean, best staff & breakfast”
I travelled with family and an infant. The hotel facilities were great and location was almost perfect & close to the beach. Great views from the room, pool and the restaurant too. What made your stay special is the staff which addressed all our requests including the vegetarian thai breakfast (arranged by Mr. maxx) at a very short notice. Though the hotel is about 5 yrs old it still feels new.

the hotel is realy a hidden gem in pattaya and book already for october this year. the best at all is for sure the pool location. the sun is at his peak (12 noon ) still not reach complete the pool so sunburn is not happens realy. then the chillout music was amazing. the breakfast ok .. like any other hotel even hilton buffet for the class of hotel 85% asian food but what none of the 5 star hotels realy care is bread. they offer is and it looks good on photos but "hard old" from day before or reheated baguette or bread. this actualy should cost a star i give full 5 stars bec same happens in hilton aswell siam@siam and interconti - old bread good only for fotos. european like fresh baked bread and are not used to eat whole day rice dishes. hope some manager read and act fast.

Good value for money for 5 stars hotel. Good location, walking distance to Tiffany’s show, Pattaya Chinatown and Terminal 21, close to beach as well. Also a few good massage place right next to the hotel. The room is fairly good size and definitely 5 stars hotel cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free complimentary drink on the rooftop bar was a bonus.

Sweet stay for couple ”
The room was clean and nice decoration. Bed was really comfy and soft. I like the mirror in washroom, it was made for girl to do make-up and dress up. The staff were very nice and service-mind. There were a lot of foods to choose for buffet breakfast. Highly recommended to stay and take your time with someone special here !!

This is my second time here & won’t be the last. Stayed in many hotels in Pattaya but there is something about this cute jewel. I must admit the staff of Mytt are awsome. The training given to them is perfectly applied in their daily performance. Their hospitality exceeded my expectations. Their breakfast is good, and serves alot of nationalities. Being a Muslim couldn’t eat everything from their breakfast menu, when I informed them, the restaurant manager decided to cook for us special food each and every single day (7 days). In addition, Art the duty manager would approach us on daily basis to see if everything was Perfect. Facilities are good, and the location is fantastic. I was a bit dissatisfied with the floor cleaning that was done in our room, I informed the manger , it was spotless. All I can say it is a hotel to be. I loved the fact that it’s not a huge hotel, so it’s not very packed & noisy. Try it & you won’t regret. Thank you Mytt & keep the awsome job up!

Staff, breakfast buffet, rooms, facilities were all amazing! If I come back to Pattaya I would stay here again! They really go above and beyond to make you feel like family! We explored 4 cities in Thailand and this was our best experience. They treat everyone amazing! Stay here, you will not regret it! If you can, stay on a higher floor ocean view. We were on the 10th and didn’t have a view, but we went up to the sunset side of the restaurant and enjoyed the view there!

Great hotel to stay in North Pattaya”
The room is exactly like in the photo. Very clean. The water from the shower is strong. All amenities are good. The air blower is good enough for girls who need to style your hair. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are well-trained, attentive but no overwhelming. The breakfast is great in terms of variety. However, I would improve more on the quality not quantity of all breakfast in general. We arrived the hotel late so we had a chance to have dinner at the KITCH. The food is food, esp. the lobster. They reach levels of many leading five star hotels in Bangkok in terms of food. The price is affordable though. The hotel is within walking distance from the beach and malls nearby, making it quite convenient. You can get everything within your reach. The car park is spacious. I would definitely come back.

Fantastic location and service, plus the best shower I've ever used.”
I can't say enough good things about the Mytt hotel. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived. The bed was one extremely comfy but my favourite part of the room was the shower. I'm no stranger to a rainfall shower but this one was the best I've ever used, it was so powerful! The selection of food available at the breakfast buffet was insane, I could have spent hours in there eating. I will definitely be back to the Mytt the next time I visit Pattaya.

This hotel is new and clean with excellent services. My friends and I enjoy a lot to stay there for 2 days. It has great pool but the water is extremely cold and we can't stay in the water so long. It's very close to the beach and the main street. Good location.

The amenities are beautiful as pictured, but the staff makes this hotel a real find as their attention to detail is not to be found in this price range. Approach Boss, the daytime manager, with any issue... he will feel like you’re staying at the Waldorf or Mandarin Oriental. Best hotel experience in 25 years of Thai travels.

Best Value for Money”

Staff are brilliant so friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of all areas in the hotel is 1st class. The hotels location is only 2 minutes walk from beach road. Definitely recommend this hotel I will definitely be back to stay at the Mytt.
