Find hotels near Na Jomtien in Pattaya, Thailand

Our 3rd time here and sure there will be the 4th! Absolutely loving this place. The hotel is located in Na Jomtien, further away from Pattaya which is great cos we dont need any hectic during vacation. Yet, if you want to spend sometime in Pattaya, the hotel has shuttle service provided. Khun Nok (Frontdesk) was very nice and has given us such nice service. Keep up the good work. Check out the sunset on the beach. Try going up to the second floor of the La Costa and chill out there in the evening. Few things to add up if they could improve; there was a group of seminar during our stay. They were pretty loud in the restaurant (breakfast time) and we checked out at 12:00 PM (same time with their break time) and all the seats in the lobby were taken by them. If the hotel could separate the area clearly and save some space for the hotel guests, it would be nice. Wifi signal is very strong. Good TV channels. Pool is incredible and the chocolate hour is nice!

good location on na jomtien beach pattaya and very easy to find but there's very few place for shopping and eat around the, you should drive to na jomtien road to find lots of local restaurant located on the seaside ps. should provides a free wifi for guests

Every staffs are nice with truly to serve you as the best. I booked for 2 rooms and got upgrade for both rooms while available and being Marriott Reward member. Kids pool is fun enough, just need more attention to clean more than other pools as it's sensitive to hygienic for young children. Adult pools are superb with unless sea view and sunset. Breakfast was great, many choices and yummy. Kids club is the best and recommend to spend time there. Rooms are superb, mostly like bathroom with big bath and raining shower. Big TV screen and able to turn from bed to sofa. Balcony has sea view, to relax both of morning and evening. Just not like beach, it's not private and clean enough. Moreover has to cross little walk path. Sadly that children cannot play sand beach as expect as it's not clean white sand.

The location of hotel is easy to find ( I followed Google Map ). I stayed here 1 night in one bed room with sea view. If you don't mind about the view, this is recommended. There is no enough space for car parking on ground floor (Hotel's area), but the hotel provided another place for parking which is not far from the hotel (outdoor). All of the staff are well trained, they are nice, smile, helpful, you can compare with 5-star hotel's staff. And there are a lot of plugs (charger) in every corner of your room. No need to bring your own plug. Breakfast is nice, not that much options, but nice.

Very bright and good sized room facing directly the pool and sea. Great getaway hotel. Full buffet breakfast with a variety of Asia food. Located away from downtown but is walkable to Jomtien beach where you can find lots of seafront restaurants. Good sized pool but fitness room is small with little machines available. In all, a great getaway place.

It had been over 11 years since I stayed at the Ambassador City Jomtien Hotel. 11 years ago, it was poorly maintained, and looked old and falling apart. Now, everything is very nicely maintained and looks very good. Although you can tell the hotel has been around for a long time, they have done a wonderful job of presenting a good appearance. The cost of staying at the hotel is a lot more than it was in comparison to the time I stayed there before, but I found that is was well worth the increase. Despite my reservations about returning, I was very happy with everything there. It is in a wonderful location, far enough away from Pattaya and the area is not crowded. It is a self-contained resort with everything: an elaborate fitness center, 5 pools, beach, cafés, numerous bars and restaurants, stores, its own market, and more. The outside grounds and beautifully maintained. All of these facilities makes staying there very convenient, with no need to leave the grounds of the hotel. It has pretty tight security, for the security conscious. It is a wonderful place for families with children, with any of the 5 pools having a shallow pools for young children, either as a separate pool or part of the pool. Food is prepared for the taste of the majority of its guests (Russian and Chinese), so it tends to be bland to the taste of those that regularly eat Thai food.

One of the best resort in na jomtien, My kids enjoy a lot. Specially thanks to sumalee 😘 and her team. she makes our holiday wonderful. And because of her we extend our stay. Thank you ,#love to come again#

Ambassador City Jomtien Hotel is far off from most Pattaya's attractions and Garden WIng is the building with a not-interesting view, on one side you'll see the main road, the other face other buildings. Apart from that, the room is clean and well maintained. Staffs are excellent. The hotel is well-equipped and can make a campus on its own. They have restaurants, very big pool complex, beach front, supermarket, a small plaza, and sports facility. Wifi is provided and breakfast is of decent quality. If you prefer to stay in the hotel, this place is highly recommended. If you are high on nightlife activities, I'd still say the room is reasonably priced to payoff the traveling distance. If we are to go back to Pattaya again, Ambassador City Jomtien is on our top list.

This resort is located in Na-Jomtien beach which is perfectly private and cozy. No any jet sky or banana boat sound bother our vacation. The breakfast was good in varieties. I like Thai breakfast there. Anyways, this resort was slightly old. They should renovate their wood furnitures...some of them don’t work well. The bad thing for us is we can smell a strong cigarette and some unpleasant smell in both of our booking rooms. The resort staff help us find new rooms but still can smell it. Our kids can’t sleep well in first night so I decide to buy and spray a refresh air spay in our rooms and it does help. I do recommend resort to improve this unpleasant smell.

I was dropped on the B2 Jomtien twice by songteaw and motorcycle. and the staff find it very hard to explain the direction to B2 Seaview. From bus station ride a songteaw on theprasit/thepraya (10Baht) going to sukhumvit road. Then ride another songtheaw (white, 20Baht) pull over at na jomtien soi 14 theres 7eleven then walk towards the direction of the marker. The location is more local than touristy which I love just take time to familiarize the neighborhood.

The staff doesnt speak english, which is a huge problem when you dont speak thai nor russian. There are only russian guests at the hole ambassador city jomtien. Hotel inn wing has a bad standard, which include the breakfast and the rooms. The pool is placed in between two blocks, which results in no sunlight.

I have stayed at the Ambassador City many times. It is a massive place that truly is its own city. You don't really have to leave the hotel for anything. It has a convenience store, travel agencies, and several restaurants on its campus, not to mention the beach and a beautiful array of different pools. It's a good thing you don't have to leave, because Jomtien isn't all that convenient to Pattaya, where the malls and chain restaurants are. But this hotel is a great value for the money and well worth it if you're just looking for a quiet place to relax!

We needed a quick weekend getaway in close proximity to Bangkok, but not directly in Pattaya due to the sexual tourism. The hotel offered the perfect getaway for us. We booked on Agoda and the rate was much lower that they quoted to us by phone (and included breakfast!). The room and bathroom were large. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection. There is a shuttle that they offer into downtown Pattaya and you can easily catch one of the pickup truck taxis that run down the main street in front of the hotel into Jomtien or Pattaya as well.

The hotel is not fully open yet just soft openning. Very nice 2 bed rooms pool access, easy access to the pool. The only thing should improve is the light around the pool, it seem too dark. The roof swimmng pool is very nice, may add more shade area. Room is pretty clean but also found some broken thing to fix such as bathroom door lock. Staffs are very good taking care. No BF include need to order separately with reasonable price. Overall very nice hotel, will visit again.

Really excellent stay. Location adjacent to one of the best resteraunts in the pattaya area. The rooms are very spacious, well appointed, beds so comfortable. It was an excellent little get a way. The little foot pool adjacent to the property was a nice way to cool off. The resort is about 100 m from the beach, which is step too, so there is actually little difference between low and height tides. Will be returning

We really enjoyed staying here as it’s a very nice place. We had a one bedroom apartment and it was brilliant. The room was very clean and spacious with a beautiful sea view. The downside was there was no obvious sign at the entrance, so we drove past and need to make a u turn to come back then slow down till we could see the name of the place which was very small under Movenpick hotel sign. We are definitely going back to this place If we’re going that way.

We booked for 2 nights stay, overall the stay was good, only a bit lack of details about checking in that we needed to contact the owner for advise when we arrived. The room size was ok for us, but there was no hangers and hair dryer on the days we stayed, hopefully the staff would check everytime there is a booking. You may expect of noises from other rooms, I guess the wall is quite thin, and the room beside us had children, so we always hear their voices until late night. For the area, easy access to 7eleven with some food stalls in front. We will still go back for our next vacation.

Good hotel for a one to two night stay. Rooms are relatively small but fully equipped with everything you’ll need, such as a kitchenette with a sink, large refrigerator with a separate freezing unit , electric stove, etc. However, the toilet is more suited for travelers who come as a couple rather than a family as the toilet wall is transparent (glass) and therefore no privacy. The facilities include a rooftop swimming pool overlooking the sea which is good for the mornings or evenings but not during noon as there is no shelter and therefore quite hot. A fitness center as well. Walk a few meters and your right in front of Jomtien beach where the scenery is panoramic.

In Overall, my group is pretty happy with the facility. Pros - 7 Bedrooms for 14-16 persons in a house. - Kitchen with equipments - one mortercycle and one bicycle are included. - Not far from main road but still you need a car - Pool with jacuzzi Cons - Bathroom is not next to the pool. But there is a open-air shower next to the pool. In my group, 8 man and 6 women were all playing in the pool. Afterward, bathroom is the issue. - Bedroom on 3th floor is pretty hot during the day and the curtain does not prevent sunlight in early morning. No bathroom on 3rd floor as well. - No beach for swimming, there for you should enjoy the pool.

clean room, big room with near restaurants and convenient store. prize is reasonable. good place to stay if you plan to enjoy Ramayana or Cartoon Network water park or other place in Jomtien area.

This hotel is located very near the windsurf and kitesurfing place in Na Jomtien, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Good breakfast. Relatively helpful staff. Excellent pool, although I didn't use it as the sea is very near.

It is a hidden gem away from busy vibe and facing a quiet beach, I wish I knew that they got sauna and small gym. Its also worth the money, since they provide bathtub and decent price for room with balcony where guests can relax and enjoy the view. Although, it would be nice to have a mini bar apart from free fruit and welcome drinks.

The hotel is new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was varied and good taste. There are also fresh coffee tea and cocco. The location was excellent . There are private breach with sail pier. The restaurant next to the hotel was very good and reasonably prices. See you next time worita cove i would visit again.

I very impress with the hotel , very clean. breakfast is OK with Thai breakfast, Chinese and a few choices with Western food (breads, eggs, ham and sausages but no bacons) Thai breakfast was good though, good swimming pool and not far from the beach, also 7-11 about 100 meters from the hotel. I enjoy staying here until almost check out. Because when we finished breakfast and ready to check out which we have room on the 5th floor, the power was down due to the explode of the voltage transformer out side hotel. We walked up to the room and I walked down with my suitcase in my left hand and my 2 years old baby on my right hip. The HiGhlight was a staff walk after me since the 4th floor NOT OFFER HELP!!!!! She (Tom boy) follow me quietly from the 4th floor till the 2nd floor and we go separate way. Once we reach the 1st floor the power came back. I laugh but also fuming about how unlucky I was that day. I recommend this hotel though because overall is very nice and valued of money. Just one staff that need to have more serviced mind and offer a mother with a baby and suitcase a help next future.

Restaurant on the beach is phenomenal and cheap. If your taking sailing school like I was great location. Kitchen is like a cheap college apartment, not much amenities. The staff was great. Pool is very large and clean. The whole Beach to the marina is filthy with trash. Nothing to do with Sunshine but it is a problem. Thailand needs to fix this problem to get more Americans.

The night staff went above and beyond. Day shift asked us if we would like an extra bed for our child. We said yes but will pay when we come back this evening as we had to go to the ATM. Arrived in the evening and no bed. Night shift said they were all out and nobody told them we needed one. One of the crew took his truck and drove around to other hotels to get us one. The hotel is clean, spacious and very comfortable with a great pool. We will definitely be staying there again.

This hotel met my expectations! The room was a little smaller than advertised. The bed was very comfortable! Water pressure is decent. Breakfast is mostly Thai food but very good! Some foods contained seafood. Hotel staff was very accommodating with letting me keep my luggage there. Good booking for the price.

The staff are very friendly but we had issue with the aircon in the living room. It just didnt work well. The staff helped to fix it but it just didnt work. but we were happy with other things in the house.

I got this hotel on an insider deal as always... Big Mistake! 1. Its so far away from Jomtien and the staff are unable to call you a taxi??? This the first hotel I ever stayed at where they don't know how to call a taxi? They don't know how to get you a moto either? So you have to walk to the main road and waive one down. We found a service to take us on the net but its not very cheap. 2.There is construction of a restaurant over the water next to the hotel and their favourite power tool is the electric wood plane... all day! Ever heard one of these? its the loudest power tool there is! Also they are pile driving, you can hear that nightmare during the short breaks from electric planing. 3. Cant speak english 4. Although its right on the beach but you can't swim there as there are lots of sharp rocks you can't see unless its low tide... They need some staff with some hotel experience and some english and a few contacts for say GETTING A TAXI! and or a Moto. Its a nice newish hotel and the pool is nice but wait until the construction is finished. I will never return...

Rent a scooter in Pattaya first then check in to this hotel! This hotel is difficult to reach and unless you enjoy haggling with dishonest taxis and "baht buses", you need your own transportation. Skip the hotel restaurant, overpriced and lacking in flavor/portion/service. However, the breakfast is fantastic and FREE (and somehow better service)! Weak or non-existent wifi on upper floors. We had to switch rooms upon arrival due to lack of wifi and a bad smell from the carpet. Moved to a nicer seaview room with wifi (still very slow) and were forced to pay an extra 400baht/night. After we switched to an acceptable room the end price was identical to our first choice hotel in the main part of Jomtien :( Not happy about this The owner, Juice (wife), is great! English is excellent and she's quite friendly and helpful. The morning restaurant workers are also excellent and very helpful. ***Be cautious if exchanging money with the Russians nearby. Note the serial numbers on whatever currency you give them as they might distract you and switch the notes.
