Good resort in Chiang Rai”
It is a pleasant resort in Chiang Rai. I can recommend it. Staff is nice. Room was good and fairly clean. Bathroom nice. Location is also good.

Cute little colourful guesthouse ”
We had a great time at Na Rak O guesthouse. Room was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff are really friendly and helpful plus we had to extend our stay which was sorted straight away without any problems. They helped us plan our time in Chiang Rai and told us where to go and what to see etc. It wasn't the cleanest room we've stayed in with some hair still laying around in the room but this was really minimum and didn't impact our experience here. Breakfast that's provided is simple, toast with some spreads and eggs to cook yourself plus coffee and tea, but was great to have something to start the day with. Location is not bad but it is a bit of a walk to the main things to see and do in town, not a problem for us but could potentially be for others. There is another guesthouse next door that rents out scooters though so you don't have to go far for that if you're planning to rent one. All in all we had a great stay here we would recommend.

Good overall choice”
We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately we got the last room on the right in the main building and this is directly behind the laundry. There was a lot of noise in the day and also during the night. Breakfast is very basic. Would have been nice if there had been some comfortable seating areas for in the daytime. Overall we were happy staying there.

Super close to bus terminal 1 and the night market, this cute little hotel Was basic but had all you needed. Clean, safe, quiet and was able to book onward travel to Luang Prabang right next door

Great Stay, great a Location”
We stayed the second time at this place. It’s very colorfully decorated, it is very clean, rooms are spacious enough, nice beds although we missed bed side tables and a few more electrical outlets. The common kitchen where u make your own breakfast has eggs, toast, butter, jam tea and coffee available. walk to the central bus station, night market, or clock tower is under ten minutes, which makes it at great central but quiet location.

Nice place for young people”
Good location walkable from the bus station.Rooms are full of quirky ness.Unfortunately got a lot of noise on our last night from the next room.Everywhere was very clean and all the staff were lovely.One can help themselves to tea and coffee all day long and a do it yourself breakfast which was a nice touch.A good stay.

Great place for budget travelers ”
Now the fourth year in a row we stayed at this place. It is practically downtown but in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by greenery. It has two buildings, the older one is a tad funky but has a great kitchen and terrace. The larger newer building has it‘s own kitchen. Both are usually open for breakfast. You make your own, eggs, toast, butter jam, coffee and tea are provided. Now during COVID time the place is open but pretty quiet, naturally. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely equipped, beds are comfortable.

A simple fare. With free food on level 2 along with instant drinks. Location is central (heck everything is with a bike) with very clean bathroom. Individual rooms (i booked 2 rooms) decor differ from each other instead of a cookie cutter look. Large bean bag took up alot of space in the room but is a welcoming addition to the room since very few hotels feature this item.

Stay at human scale”
With only 12 rooms this is my type of place! You can cook your own meal and eat it on a nice balcony at the first floor. Rooms are simple but with nice design. Excellent showers.

Location, Location, Location”
Great location for a resort-style property. Good secure buildings. Very colorful. Inexpensively furnished. Staff speak great English. TV didn't work 30% of the time. Shared refrigerator. Seemed a little pricey, but maybe paying for the location. Would consider it next time.

Lovely and colourful stay at this guesthouse”
Lovely stay that makes you happy instantly! Host was better nice, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and colourful. The building is very homy and welcoming! Some minor remarks: when people leave in the middle of the night/early morning, it's very loud (no insulation). There is no fridge in the room, but one in the hallway you can use. TV worked perfectly but screen was broken in the right upper corner. At last, it's not super clean (hair on the floor, bathroom not super clean). Overall, a nice place to stay for a couple of nights, recommended!

Cute little place. Very clean and colourful rooms. Had a good stay. Also got complimentary breakfast, although it's more self service type ie. Cook your own eggs, and free bread and butter and jam, which you also have to prepare your own.

Nice Hotel & Stay”
I was indeed pleasantly surprised to see the hotel. Smart management, new way of managing breakfast (indeed quite good), timely cleanliness, 24/7 coffee with cakes, lovely decorations/wall hangings showcasing a lot care for the hotel and its guests. The staff were cooperative and considerate. Strong recommendation from my side.
