Great Location & Staff”
We arrived after staff had already left, but the instructions were easy to follow and able to still get into our room. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Great AC and did not hear outside noises. In the morning we met the very friendly staff who were helpful with instructions and location for the bus. Would recommend as the location is in easy walking distance of Old Town Phuket/part of it.

This hotel puts you right in the action but just around a corner so its quiet as well! The standard room has no window so we extended our stay into a deluxe and wow! The space is huge and comfortable and bright. The shower is great and has temperature control.

Location is close to the center also on Sunday have night market we can just walk to get there. Staffs are kind and helpful and the room is valued to pay. We will be back.

Nice quiet stay in a good location”
I really loved the fact that the room was noice cancelling so we could really have some peace. The only thing that we liked less was the smell coming out of the drainage in the bathroom. Other then that it was a good bed and a roomy room.

Great value hotel with an industrial vibe. Within walking distance to everywhere you want to go to in old town like Soi Romanee or the Sunday night market. Loads of nice bars, good food in the area and a hawker style center across the alleyway it it’s the perfect place for two days in Phuket Old Town.

Well located but noisy ”
The staff and room were very good. But the street makes some noise (which is probably normal in the area) what bothered us more was the noise from the hallway and people entering and leaving their rooms during the night. The thin doors make it sound like they are in your room. Also the wifi didnt work well

The room and bed is good. Only problem is the bad smell come from the drainage. The staff is very helpful to help us change another room.

Very disappointed with this place ”
The location is great and there are many coffee shops and bars around. Also nice restaurants within walking distance. The bed was ok, but tearoom smelled. It was a terrible smell from the pipes which is sickening. The shower was dirty and there was a pipe leading into the shower from the wall, dripping a dirty smelly water. I felt dirtier every time I showered than before I had the shower. There were 2 very nice staff members but there was 1, who I kept having to deal with, that was rude and uninterested in my complaints and queries. She was very unhelpful. I would not recommend this place, unless you have no other option. The pros are that it is in a nice area, close to the night markets and it is safe but the cons are everything else.

decent budget hotel for phuket old town”
Though this hotel is a bit far from the popular beaches and one hour driving distane from phuket airport, but the people who love the old town flavour, and wish to stay in phuket old town or searching for options near marine aquarium, this hotel can bea decent choice. Beautifully decorated, large rooms, clean toilets are the key feature. Number of rooms available is in the lower side. I booked it in peak season 3 months in advance.Staffs are helpful. If you book transfer through them, you may need to pay 100baht or something extra, but they arrange reliable cars and drivers for you, for sure

Very enjoyable. All needs met. Great spot to check out old phuket. Would def recommend. Worth the price! I gave the good 3*, as we never dined here. Never ate in the hotel. Probably should u add a skip function to your list so doesn't hurt your score

Good value for money in Phuket town. Clean and tidy rooms, good concept of naked concrete gave the place character. Would be happy to recommend this place.
