We only stayed here for one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel facilities were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will definitely be back again!

Quiet and beautiful hotel in a lovely location”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Na Tree Tara Riverside Resort. The spa was really beautiful. The massage therapist I had for my neck, back and shoulder massage was particularly FANTASTIC! She is a very thorough, friendly and experienced therapist. Overall my room was extremely clean. When I arrived the room was already cool and the staff had placed a really beautiful and fragrant oil burner in the bathroom area. The wi-fi signal worked perfectly fine. I booked a room also that had direct access to the pool, which was great. The only issue I had with my stay was with the lack of privacy on my balcony area. It would be great if the balcony had some plant pots or other foliage to create a little bit of a private area. It was hard to relax at times as the balcony faced the main walking area.

+ The place is very new, good design, very clean. Fitness room was okay. + Staffs are very attentive. The kitchen cooked a porridge although it is not in the menu for my mom who was sick - Breakfast was alarcart not a buffet line - Not so many activities on weekday

The hotel was not very clean. Swimming pool was slimy and had moss on the tiles. Room was quite nice but very dirty and also had no sound proofing at all, we could hear everything outside quite loud. Not much of a selection for breakfast. Staff were very polite

Avoid at all costs if you want a SPA and a place to eat”
The Na Tree Tara Resort is advertising facilities that are not available. The hotel is selling itself as a fully functioning hotel and it is not "value for money" at all. During our 3 day stay the SPA was not open due to 'manpower issues' and there was no food available from either the cafe or the restaurant after 6pm. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. The wifi was non existent in the villa which they did not rectify during my stay. Zero hotel information in the rooms, no English channels on the television. The staff spoke very little English. At breakfast there were no staff in the restaurant, I had to go and find a member of staff. We were the only guests eating in the dining room, the food took so long to make that we were late leaving for the airport. I feel completely cheated for paying a large amount of money for a pool villa on a hotel complex that just does not function.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Rolle Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Leider lässt die sonstige Gastronomie sehr zu wünschen übrig. Getränke wie Weiswein oder Rotwein teilweise nicht verfügbar. Brotbeilagen nicht genießbar. Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Personal. Angebot an Speisen sehr beschränkt. Fitness, Saune, Pool hervorragend. Sehr weitläufige Anlage.
