A wonderful hotel with excellent location”
Hotel was nice and clean. There was a pool along the room.So that,children will enjoin. Staff was nice and police. Price was not expensive when compared with room&services.

Room is very clean. Spacios; bed are super comfy. Super like the small seat area by window side where i can see the pool directly. Nice hotel with great decoration feels like home. The wifi is bit slow but since its holiday and not for works i have no complain still manage to check my mail and ig/fb. Floor bit slippery so be carefull. But honestly if you staying with kids this is room for you since its very spacious 👍

charming chiang rai”
My family of 4 stayed at the hotel during 14-16 Feb. Since I traveled with my 77 years old mom, I called the hotel requesting for a room with least walking distance and rooms close to each other. The hotel staff arranged our room perfectly on the 1st floor with easy access to the front desk. Once checked-in, I found the bathroom floor to be slippery for my mom, so I asked for extra anti-slippery floor mat to be placed on the floor. The staff brought in for us with big smiles on her face. That was so grateful in understanding and acknowledging guest' concerns. Our stay was made perfect by these small requests. The room is greatly decorated in a modern theme with big comfy bed. Location is great with short distance to the night bazaar and easy access to any where in Chiang Rai. Highly recommended for a small cozy hotel with attentive staff.. There is a pool curving around the building. Too bad, it was too cold to jump in..

rooms are awesome, big spacious clean and modern, good wifi and aircon. there was a problem with some sound in my first night, so transferred to another room, it's facing away from the main road, so no sound solution from traffic, however it is along the main road so location is very good. One complain is that the pool is not cleaned, there are A LOT of dead bugs on the surface of the pool

My stay at Nai Ya was very comfortable. I ate breakfast daily, experienced room service, swam in the pool and booked rides. Everything was efficient and the staff very helpful. The hotel was a little further away from the main sights than I expected but it was a nice walk or short grab/tuk tuk ride away. Overall I was very happy with this choice of hotel.

This hotel is 4 stars according to all facilities provided ;, pillow, bed, aircon system, hot water and amenities. You can t find any other hotel in Chiang rai better than this one comparing to the price. New, modern and pay attention to all details in room. Breakfast is the weakness, A la carte with good bread will be more interesting

I've been in Thailand for years, traveling to CR often. This is the best new hotel, hands down. Bed and pillows were perfect. Staff excellent. Cleanliness fantastic. Good breakfast, quiet, modern, but traditional Thai style touches as well. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

Better than our stays in Chiang Mai”
It was a nice surprise to have such a comfy bed and great customer service for the price. Breakfast was very skippable, and we were thankful they hand a decent little gym. Water didn’t get hot and room smelled strange and musty. Would stay here again

Great place to stay in Chiang Rai”
We have visited here twice and are pleased every time. Regarding the location, it’s quite convenient for accessing most location in the downtown. The room is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We haven’t tried breakfast and hotel facilities, so I can’t rate them for now. We will surely visit this place again!

Almost perfect”
Everything is perfect except for the shower. Water in the shower was lukewarm at most, which is very unpleasant, especially in Chiang Rai, where it can be very, very cold in the morning. Even after a complaint the problem persisted.

Room was nicely furnished, location is quite central and not so noisy, and their local Thai food was delicious as well
