Great hotel about 5 mins walk from down town and night bazaar, ”
Great hotel, staff were excellent, the manageress was wonderful so helpful, the room was great, really hot shower, no views but excellent location and easy access to everything chiang Rai has to offer, only down side and only minor, cost of renting motorbikes and car&driver for trips seemed a bit expensive, but only a little more than what could be found locally, A 10% reduction would of made everything more reasonable, breakfast was good although more aimed at Thai cuisine, and cereal bowls a little bit small, but hey I am on a diet, lol. But although I moan I would highly recommend this place, great value, and you always get a smile

Clean, great location and attentive staff.”
The hotel room was well cleaned. The location is walking distance from the Saturday walking street. The staff were brilliant on checking in they were thorough in telling us all the key locations close to the hotel. Also throughout our stay staff were very polite and helpful. They had free bikes to use. Breakfast was great with a variety of Thai food as well and cereals, toast, spreads, fruit and great tea and coffee.

Perfect hotel in Chiang Rai”
Wow! This is probably the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. It's small, cozy, perfect staff and comfortable room. It's located near to everything. Saturday market is just around the corner! Here you can find everything! Dayly breakfast has a lot of choices and you can get fresh egg dishes and cappuccino etc. The hotel is very lush with a lot of trees and flowers. The swimmingpool has crystal clear water and was never fully occupided. The hotel organize tours. We booked a full day privet tour, just perfect. We would love to come back here!

The hotel delivers a truly incredible experience. Cozy, spacey and comfortable rooms, decorated in traditional Lanna style, helpful and friendly personnel, strategic location very close to the city center. Breakfasts were diverse and tasty. Classy Thai Style close to downtown”
This hotel was great! We loved the decor of the rooms with the hanging lamps and the Thai-inspired French doors to the bathroom. The garden was expertly pruned and the infinity pool looked amazing (though, we did not take advantage of it). In the lobby, they have a fridge full of drinking water so you can always refill your stock. The large staff is incredible and always looking for ways to assist guests. The free breakfast was quite extensive with a large Thai breakfast section and even quite a few Western breakfast items like cereal, toast and jam, and yogurt. The fresh coffee didn't taste like fresh coffee (I'm pretty sure it was instant just mixed in a coffee pot) but there was a coffee bar that made beautiful coffees fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in walking distance of many sights and activities downtown. Very clean room and pool. Very helpful staff. I took the private car guide from the hotel to sights outside Chiang Rai and found it quite reasonable and worth while. Will come again.

Comfortable hotel in good location”
A return visit after I stayed here in 2019. Hotel is in a good location, a quiet road but only 5 minutes walk from the night market and 10 minutes from the centre of town. A lovely large room with all facilities. Hotel has a nice swimming pool to relax. Unfortunately the bar is closed due to Covid but hopefully will open again soon. In the meantime cold beers were available from reception. In the mornings a very good buffet breakfast.

Very pleasant and quiet hotel, although a 15mn walk away from the night market, main bars and restaurants. Impeccable staff, fluent in english, a large swimming pool in a pleasant garden and to top it all off a delicious breakfast (particularly the thai buffet). Definitely worth the price !

A nice place to the center of town”
I read the review before making reservation since I am not a fan of how super-firm the beds can be in Thailand. The bed in my room was quite comfy. Some might think on the side of soft but it was in good condition, not sagging etc. The room was nicely laid out. Perhaps if staying for a week, may wish for more options with a higher priced room with balcony etc. I did not use the hotel grounds too much beyond breakfast since had matters to attend to and early departure back to Chiang Mai. breakfast was quite tasty and wished I had a bit more time. Overall, a nice stay and look forward to book here again!

We had a great stay. Check in and check out we’re smooth, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was generous, pool was great to end the day in, rooms were basic but comfortable, spacious, and clean. The hotel provided bicycles - a great way to get around Chiang Rai and see everything there is to see.

The hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. From the hotel it is just a short walk to pretty much anywhere in the town, including the night bizarre and the clock. The rooms were very comfortable and had all you need. A great choice.

Lovely hotel - 2nd time”
It's a lovely hotel. Lovely rooms, smart TV (so logged on to my Netflix and away!), really nice pool, great breakfast. Staff helpful. Location - about 10/15 mins walk from Night Bizarre (and Swensens and Pizza Company). 2 mins walk to the Saturday walking street (literally around the corner!), 3 mins from 7/11, laundry and the info centre from where the free tram tour goes. My second time here (from NZ) and would love to go back!
