We stayed their 2 bedroom pool villa for 4 nights. The staffs were very helpful for us to have a good stay in Da Nang. The hotel was kept clean every day. The free spa treatments were very nice, too. But here are the things they could improve: 1) Hot water for the private pool 2) More variety food for the hotel restaurant 3) Serving speed for the drinks

A bit remote location. Almost no free space within the resort area, but beautiful and clean beach to walk along. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Inside restaurant had very few vegetarian dishes to offer, though the chief was kind to make some on demand. Overall it’s a well designed and pleasant place to spend time on vacation

Serene and peaceful”
We had a good time at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. We arrived during a week of rain, so we didn't get to enjoy the sun and the pool much due to strong winds. However, the spa was very enjoyable and relaxing. The restaurants provided us with a great atmosphere and we enjoyed our time. Everywhere we looked there was greenery and the architectural sites were a treat for us coming from busy citylife. The hotel is quite secluded and a distance away from the main attractions & other restaurants and so be prepared to take a car to go out if you are planning to travel around.

The villa was very comfortable with a lovely pool and comfortable bed. The pillows were too soft for my liking. The common infinity pool was beautiful facing the beach. The beach was clean with white fine sand. The buffet had reasonable selection. Loved the juices and local food. Service from staff was wonderful. Loved the daily massage and the shuttle to Hoi An was convenient.

Surprisingly Good”
The stay at Naman Retreat ia an unforgettable one! Although this hotel brand is new to me, its service is supreme and the facilities are totally 5 stars! We booked a standard room at first and fkund that the room was a bit smaller than expected for us, so I went down to front office and requested to upgrade to other larger rooms. The Manager Thao was so attentive and efficient that she immediately showed me a few rooms before I make my decision. We changed to an ocean view one bedroom suite. The room is spacious and newly renovated. Thao explained to us that building is new. Unfortunately during our stay, there were some renovation noise. We reflected this issue and our concern. Another Front office Manager THE approached us and apologized. She offered us to upgrade to villa with same upgrade price as ocean view one bedroom suite. We accepted. The villa was stunning and we did not hear any noise anymore. I was quite impressed by their flexibility and proactivity to satisfy their guests. It is even better than a lot of other international hotel brands! Must mention that their kids club is amazing! Our kids love it and went tgere a few times everyday! The staff there were so attentive and taught my sons with some arts everyday. The spa, the restaurants are also nice. The whole stay there were relaxing and peaceful. It is an unforgettbale trip and i can't wait to go back there next time!

Great villa with awesome private pool. Free afternoon tea set, massage sessions for all the adults and transportation to the airport ( we got the Mercedes one's for 3 people). The beach and general pool also have the beautiful scenery.
