Nice and comfortable hotel”
The hotel is right near Central Festival, just a one minute walk. The room is very basic but very comfortable. Wifi and air con worked well, bed was comfortable and had a large desk area and very comfortable chair. I would stay again when visiting the area next time.

Rooms are clean and comfortable with a small balcony. Location is very good, near Festival central mall, can do shopping and lots of restaurants there.

Water basin design issue, water easily get clogged”
Cut my hand while trying to unclog the water. Blood on towel and staff saw the opportunity to demand for money, asked for 600bhat when hotel rate is only 800bhat. Accident due to hotel poor toilet facilities and they jump at you for money. Room to small for comfort. Location is bad. Parking is bad.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Great price, excellent staff and clean hotel rooms”
This is a new hotel and definitely deserves more raves for its excellence! I stayed here for a night because I have an early bus to catch the next morning. The arcade bus terminal is about 15 min by foot, and probably only 5 min by car. If you have an early bus to catch, I'll suggest telling the hotel staff in advance so they can arrange transport for you. We couldn't find any transport available in the morning so we decided to walk instead. About 3 minutes later, the hotel staff ran out and chased after us! It turned out he managed to find a driver to fetch us for free! I was so touched by his effort in helping us, the eagerness to help and literally running the extra mile for us. Thank you so much!! :) In terms of cleanliness, this hostel is excellent too. It is very new so the place is well maintained. We had such good sleep that night. There's also a small balcony for you to air your clothes if needed. The hotel is also just beside the newest shopping mall, CentralFestival. Overall, we had such a good stay in the hotel, and the service is excellent which made the stay even more memorable. Thank you to all the staff in Nap in Fest! Keep it up and I'll definitely stay in this place again!

Good for a night”
We were stuck in Chiang Mai for a night because the bus we planned to go forward was filled up sooner than we thought. Thus we searched for a place near the bus station to spend the night there and catch one of the earliest buses; for that Nap in Fest was perfect. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable, had a great sleep. My only problem was that our balcony was in reality a hole: its door opened to an almost fully closed "room" which had only a narrow gap looking on another building, so you don't really get much natural light and fresh air.

A very very good hotel.... shower and location is great.... walking distance to Central Festival Mall which is the biggest and newest Mall in Chiang Mai. Plenty of Good Food available in the mall..... Very nice and quiet hotel for a good nights rest.

Basic Clean hotel right next to Central Festival Mall”
We booked this hotel specifically because we had some business in the complex right across the street - it was clean and basic with friendly staff. It's within a 5min walk of the huge central festival mall, so if you plan on going to the mall a lot, it's a good location. However, for most tourists it's probably a bit out of the way and not so convenient to call a taxi directly to the hotel - also it cost about 200-250 baht 1 way to get into the old city from here. Also there are no convenience stores or little shops directly surrounding the hotel, and also no laundry service, so if you're looking to find a convenient and central hotel to explore Chiang Mai with some local personality, this is NOT the place. But overall our stay was smooth and the hotel was as advertised.

2 minutes walk to central festival”
room is clean and convenient. Worth for the price. Just early morning difficult to get tuk tuk or taxi as mall (and tuk tuk) open only from 11am. Need to wait the staff to make a call for you. very frustrating if you dont want to loose time.

New hotel”
Just opening around 2 months. Room r new , modern n clean. very close to Central Festival shopping mall which provide the free shuttle to old city , night market and airport etc. Friendly n proffessional staff (Mr. Fook ). The shower n aircon is good . quiet area but 7- 11 n food hawker not found around the hotel .

Nice location with cleanliness but small parking lot and bad receptionist.”
My family and I spent 5 nights here with 2 Superior Twin Bed. We satisfied about the location of the hotel which was situated beside the Central Festival Chiangmai. The both rooms are very clean and comfortable. The parking lot's quite small. It's not suitable for SUV or Van (Sedan would be more appropriated). However, the staff at the parking lot are very kind and good take care of our car.

Great location and nice room”
The room was cery value for money, new and clean. However, there was limited parking so we ended up parking on the roadside every nights. The hotel is at Central Festival entrance so we can easily walk there.
