Exceptional”
Location wise, near market & city with lots of food. Hostel is big, rooms are big and great to with affordable price. Definitely recomended for backpackers in Cebu. Will come back.

Amazing place”
This hostel is ideal for travelers or people that want to spend a few days in Cebu. The place has facilities, it is extremely clean and the staff is sublime. Interior design is also very nice and unique. Hope to visit again that place in one of my next trips.

PRO: -The hostel was about 15 to 20 mins walk to cebu doc or fuente. -The bed was comfortable. -hot water and drinking water is provided in every floor. -WIFI in every floor. =) -Staff were friendly and approachable CONS: -there was only one bathroom in an 8mixed dormitory room. Hope there was 2. -the aircon was not so cold.

Excellent”
I initially booked for mixed dorm, but I found out that I'm the only girl staying in that room if ever so I asked if I can change to the all girls room and the owner automatically agreed to my request since there's still a vacant bed. The place is accessible, there were several fast food/ eateries in the vicinity. I recommended this hostel to my uncle who'll spend their weekend there this coming July.

Okay but could be better”
It has the one of the cheapest rate for dorms. Unfortunately the comfort room was not that clean. There is a puddle build up. The smoking area outside the dorm is good for smokers but the smell is awful. I did not like it because I am a non-smoker. This place has the potential to be good but for now I will have to skip it next time I visit Cebu.

Naps X is a basic hotel in city center. I stayed few nights and it was ok. The staff is friendly. The room was clean - however no housekeeping was provided during my stay. Overall acceptable hotel.

Not a place to meet fellow travellers which was fine because I just came here before my early morning flight. However, the electricity cut out so the fan didn’t function and it was really hot. Probably wouldn’t stay here again as there are better hostels in Cebu.

The place was good, you get the value of what you pay for. Near market, jollibee, banks, chowking, etc. Easy find as well in grab app. The staff are accommodating too, they have a free phone that I was able to use. The lobby area looks like home. We have a queen size bed which my daughter love about and the aircon was working pretty well. Looking forward on some improvement of your rooms most specially the cr, hope there's a hot water'heater since we have a kid with us. Kudos! Thank you for accommodating us 🌈💗

Lower your expectations”
You get what you paid for. The pictures posted on Agoda is not updated, maybe taken 3-5 years ago. I stayed in one of their private rooms and in the female dormitory, pillows were either too thick and stiff or too thin and soft. They provide thin blankets too. I hope they clean the floor well and also the walls especially in the comfort room both in the private rooms and dormitories. I haven't seen any housekeeping personnel who went inside the dormitory to clean the CR, it was too smelly at night. Tho the front desk staffs are discreet and not over-friendly (which i liked), they might want to start adding housekeeping people. The hostel was strategically located, very accessible to public transpo but they should add bigger signage, you wouldn't find it unless you look up. 😅

Good simple hotel”
Small simple accomodation. Room was clean and cold. They provide towels, shampoo, soap, and tissue paper. The nice woman at the front desk let me check in an hour before check in time which was very nice. Little further from the main areas but you can catch a Jeepney to Fuente or walk for about 1.8 km. There are foodplaces and a little Parkmall nearby. You can hear people in the hallway, and maybe they can hear you but otherwise the place was serene. Good value for money.

Okay for one night. I don't know if this is a dorm or what. It's so noisy at the lobby. Good thing I just stayed there for less than 12h. I suggest you get the dorm type. Private rooms are not worth it for its price.

the place is good. I'm wrong, it's VERY GOOD. love the staff , it's location and the environment. lots of fast-food,it takes 5-10 minutes only walk in. you can find friendly also local and foreign travelers here. one thing makes me feel bad, it's hard to find the address. even taxi driver don't know where it is located. coz I have trouble with my GPS that time. but it's not a big deal.

Worst hostel I've stayed so far. The linens are so thin, with stains which look like blood. No hot water, low water pressure in bathroom. Too expensive for the facilities and services offered. I should have listened to other negative reviews. They are not exaggerating. When in Cebu and want to stay in a hostel, try Mad Monkey Cebu.

Excellent option downtown Cebu city”
Above a motocycles shop in Velez street. It has recently changed the name. Some taxi-drivers only know it with the former name: X adventures. Friendly staff @ the reception and good WIFI Beware if you have heavy luggage: the dorms are on the 4th and 5th floor without lift. Easy to to go downtown: just hail one of the jeepneys going south (8 pesos). All in all excellent value for money.

All I expected”
It was freezing cold in the room and the hostel is located on a very busy main street which woke me up too early. Staff is friendly and the lobby/lounge area is very much inviting to sit down. Towels are provided.
