Wonderful Glamping Experience”
We were given the best service from the moment we disembark the ferry. Greeted by a lady staff who was all smiles and we were shuttled to the resort (5mins of vehicle travelling). We were then greeted by wonderful staffs who administer the check-in. We were so in awe with the the lagoon while awaiting for the room to be ready. We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was delicious! Once the room was ready we took the buggy ride to our resort rooms. The room is super clean and toilet is outdoor which gives us a feeling of “camping”. The TV channels were great, not like the usual other channels provided by other hotels whereby it’s limited and bore to watch. They had an-in house BBQ for dinner time where we can make our order with the concierge to bbq our food. I will do this on my next stay! I was sad to leave but will make a return! There are too many staffs to thank but please convey my thanks to all staff who worked on 23/24 February! They were awesome, friendly and so helpful! Keep rewarding them for their service is really TOP-NOTCH! Thank you!

a very cozy glamping experience”
We went to Canopi for a Bachelorette party for our girlfriend. It was the perfect backdrop for our party, as the Canopi is gorgeous both inside the tent and also everywhere around. We stayed in the garden tent, and the trellis garden is absolutely perfect for our photo moments. The staff were kind and professional in helping us to take photos, ever ready to provide assistance. The wifi connection was surprisingly strong, and can be connected throughout the whole glamping site. The lagoon is well maintained and clean. The only area to be improved is probably the restaurant availability. There's only one restaurant Patio at the whole resort, other than the BBQ dinner (which has a good ambience and layout but the cost is exorbitant), but we actually got a driver to send us to nearby Pasasara (food centre) which sells local food at a very affordable fare. Overall, we had an absolutely amazing experience at The Canopi!

The best for our experience there was the excellent services that the staffs rendered. It was full of sincerity and we felt very comfortable talking to them. The buggy services werr prompt. The desk staffs were polite amd pleasant. The kitchen staffs were always on their feet to assist us in anything. A special thanks to Pak Agus for offering extra help to bring us to nearby shop to get our child's medicine! The only con was that there the mart there does not sell infant panadol or cold compress. It would be better if it wad available just in case. Definitely will come again!

Both my 2 adult children and I were enchanted by the resort. It was very different from other resorts that we had visited previously. The whole resort was very clean. All grades of staff was very courteous, very knowledgeable, very attentive to guests' needs. They are all very prompt in their service. They serviced with smiles. Great resort to chill, relax and get away from our hectic life. Staffs are very polite, friendly, cheerful, welcoming and helpful. Buggy service to get you around the resort. The garden view tent spacious, clean and cozy with attached sheltered outdoor bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and varieties. The crystal lagoon was huge, clean and beautiful. A great selection of activities to do. Overall, awesome and enjoyable vacation. Will definitely come back again with my kids!!!

Relaxing vacation if you avoid the weekend crowd”
Stayed here for 3D2N from Sunday to Tuesday to avoid the weekend bustle. Tent was luxurious and quiet, due to the period that I travelled. The resort facilities is shared with Anmon but it doesn't really make a difference. Highly recommend to rent the electric scooter to go around the resort, but everything is at a walkable distance if you dont mind walking 15-20 mins. Buggy service is available around the clock, but they did forgot about my request initially making me wait pointlessly for almost an hour. Food fare at Natra isnt the best, so keep your expectations basic. The food over at treasure bay serves better food if you venture out a little. Bbq by the tent side is definitely an eye opening experience but alas food is by the Patio restaurant at Natra so keep your expectations basic. Activities at the pool are more catered for kids, it'll be pretty mellow for adults, adults will probably be bored within a couple of hours unless you go to the sea activities Still a good stay!

Best Holiday”
I planned this trip for my husband's surprise birthday. It was more than amazing for both of us during our stay there. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The customer service was totally out of box. My words can't describe how amazing they were. From greeting every guests when they walk past, or fetching us in buggy to arranging our boarding passes and not forgetting the complimentary birthday cake, which was superb. We really loved The Canopi Resort. The food there was fantastic too. Cleanliness was an important aspect for me, but they also beat that. In a nutshell, The Canopi resort is a must-go place for the young to old. Thank you for the memorable trip The Canopi Resort. We will sure be back to make more memories❤

Nice property ”
It’s a nice property ~ very beautiful ~ the tent is comfy and clean~ the staffs are nice, activities and food cost is reasonable ~ just that we feel there is shortage of staff. The check in was extremely slow, it took us a good 30-40 min for check in... there was hardly any staff (except for the safeguard) near the swimming pool~ But all in all, we like our stay there, and will most likely to come back ~ our baby had a great time there too!

Staff was more than friendly and you could feel that they are genuinely sincere in providing their best service. Rooms was kept sparkling clean even tho its on the ground level. Was not expecting this kind of cleanliness from any resort. In room Jacuzzi was simply fantastic! Good amount of activities available in treasure bay but not able to enjoy them due to bad weather. nonetheless, great place to be for a short getaway!

I'd highly recommend staying here. Nothing short of excellent service. Even when they are tired and busy they serve us with a smile. Shout out to Ranti and Candra for always assisting me with my aunt who is on wheelchair and my elder mum. Ranti is always making sure that we are well taken care of, she assist us with all our personal needs without any hesitance. Candra helped my aunt to move about and in and out of our room. He even helped with the buggy service even though he's front desk. He brought us around the property as well. Super friendly and always welcoming us. I would definately recommend staying here at natra. From room service to booking for activities be it shopping, city tour etc, its so convenient. I'd deffo come back here.

I know the title seems exaggerating but seriously the place is really nice. definitely will go again. One thing i really want to commend the place is the staff that are working in it. They are super helpful and friendly. The one i deal with, Tia, the company should give her a raise. She take her job above and beyond. Kudos to her. Nonetheless the rest of the staff are friendly, nice, responsive and serve you like you are in 5 stars hotel. p.s. not sure if its the bed, but i came back with bug bite marks all over my body. so, the hotel should look into it so it wont dampen anyone else that is visiting this lovely place

Natra Bintan is really good place to enjoy and spend your time with family.We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Total we booked 3 tent of garden view.We had a great time bbq .We booked the bbq items and its really big portion.The staff prepared everything for the bbq.The staff all are friendly and full of knowledge .Especially Ms Eggar and buggy Tristna.Both of them really friendly and willing to answer whenever we in doubt.Ms Eggar even recomended the best massage for us..We will come back for sure.thank you

The crystal lagoon was fascinating and the tent was kept clean and well-maintained. The food served at the in-house restaurant was fantastic (I'm already missing the gado-gado) and there is definitely no lack of activities to do at this resort. It's a great place to chill and to spend some quality couple/family time. :)

Good family resort with activities for kids of all ages.”
This is my 2nd time at the resort. Previously, it was called ‘Canopi’. I have to say overall it’s better managed under Marriot Bonvoy, but there is still room for improvements. Under ‘Canopi’ all activities were charged under the RFID tag, but now you need to make payment separately with credit card at the vendors. I booked a total of 4 rooms with the Jacuzzi, and was not aware of the extra occupant charges for each room until I wrote in to arrange for the transport transfer. I have keyed in the total number of occupants when making the Agoda booking. So it came as a little surprise. It was also not indicated that the cost they mentioned was a daily cost. I only realized it’s a daily cost at check out. So for each child, it’s extra S$40/night + tax. For F&B, there’s only 1 main restaurant at the resort, some food stalls and another restaurant at the activity center. You can opt for DIY BBQ outside the tents. The BBQ dinner set up was amazing and very professionally done but the food was a big disappointment, as it was not marinated. And no salt or belachan chili was provided despite us calling for it. Overall, it’s a good family resort. Great fun for the kids of all ages. The rental e-motorcycle is definitely a plus, good fun and great way to get around the resort. There’s also a newly opened Marine Life Center, which cost about S$15/pax, that’s pretty interesting.

The Canopi was really beautiful and clean. Staff were also really nice and polite. Only thing to improve on is their lobby cafe. There were lots of fly around the food and food offered for lunch buffet was not good at all for the price paid.

Me and my Husband went there last year (before Marriot has acquired this resort and all the renovation works started), we loved the resort and decided to visit the second time. The first time when we visited we were impressed by the tent concept, the pool, cleanliness and quick service and friendly staff. When we were there the second time, we were impressed once again by the hospitality. You will not catch any of the staff not smiling and greeting. We have observed that the staff are more proactive than before. You can feel the passion, sincerity and personal touch in their interactions. Happy staff = happy customers. We will definitely visit again very soon!

I stayed in the resort for 3 nights with my husband and daughter. We loved everything in the resort. Employees are very considerate and helpful. Many vegetarian options available. Treasure Bay activities are just a buggy ride away and is also at walkable distance. Employees are great and special mention to the chef who volunteered and made vegetarian noodles for me. We will definitely be back soon.
