I booked this hotel upon the advice of the CEO of Triple Hotel in Hoi An, and was not disappointed in the slightest. I had a lovely room at the top with a balcony overlooking the back - as a photographer I enjoy roofs! The hotel was super clean. The staff absolutely wonderful, helpful, fun and engaging in conversation. Just wish they did breakfast.

A cute boutique hotel right in the center of Da Lat”
The hotel’s facilities are quite new, and the decoration in Indochine style is really cute and fits with the vibe of the city. Staff are friendly and supportive. There are no ACs or fans, but it’s okay since Da Lat’s weather is rather cool. The only minus point is that the sound-proof system is quite poor

The kettle isn't cleaned. I want to boil some water for coffee, opened the kettle and dissapointed that there was unclean water inside, look like tea.

After checking in, I walked into a room with full of hair on the bed and in bathroom. The housekeeper blamed it on the laundry room. I booked a “two-bedroom suite” and got 2 rooms with a shared toilet. It’s better to book 2 separated rooms. Everything else is fine, the design is beautiful, not recommended though. You could get a better hotel with better price.

A small, clean hotel 20 min walk from the lake. Room was sufficient for price paid. Accessible hotel with lift to all flies except top. Hotel is very lovely decorated. Non-English speaking staff - however google translator resolves this issue 😀

Solid 3-star hotel”
This is a new hotel, so the rooms are beautifully furnished. Sadly, the restaurant hasn't opened yet, and the eating options nearby were very limited -- I ate local breakfasts, which actually were inexpensive and tasty. Plus, it's a short, cheap moto taxi ride to the night market where there are lots of eating choices. Internet was very good, as was the TV. Staff tried to be helpful, but there was only one who spoke good English, and she helped me a great deal.

Lovely, new, small boutique hotel 20 min walk to the lake. Lacks sound proofing but for the price, it’s not a bad hotel at all. Staff do not speak English however Google translate helps with this.

Worth the price”
I booked the cheapest room. Windows on the corridor so no natural light. No noise isolation so cross finger that you don't have noisy neighbor. The bathroom was a bit smelly and there is moisture on joins. All receptionists don't speak english but it did not impact my stay or experience. It is acceptable for 1 or 2 nights stay. I would stay again in this place and recommend it but with another room.
