the hotel is a very good location in the central and near to the Ping river. The staff is so kind as to help with any information and requirement. The breakfast is very delicious and included American breakfast with a lovely taste. The room is clean and comfortable while I am staying here.

Excellent stay withut any hassle”
I stayed two nights at the hotel, the first night with my mom and kids, and the second night just only me. I asked to change the room from twin-bed room to double bed one without any hassle. The staff is polite, friendly, and very helpful. The room is spacious, clean with all amenities needed. Breakfast is a mix of Thai and American Breakfast, which is good enough (nothing special.)

Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms with nice river views. Exceedingly helpful staff. Tasty breakfast buffet. Bicycles available to get you to the nearby historical park and museums. Great night market for dinner one block away.

Interesting town”
Decided to stop in Kamphaeng Phet for one night, whilst driving from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. Spent an afternoon visiting the old buildings scattered across the town and then enjoyed an evening walk through the night market, which is right next to the hotel.

good spot, although not alot of options here anyway”
hotel is clean it is maybe a bit overpriced but there's not much options in Kempeng Phet. I would stay here again. The included breakfast is not great but food is easy to find and inexpensive in the area so I wouldn't worry about that. There's a night market very close with great local food. The staff here were very nice and helpful and accommodating. bikes are free to use, biking around the area is perfect way to get around, the bikes here are showing their age (ie, not much for breaks!)

Very practical stay. We enjoyed it. Good location in the middle of this small city. No frills but a very decent room. God choice if you are not looking for a resort but a solid hotel.

Good stop off point if you’re travelling north. Near the river and the large night market. Room very nice for the money, wi-fi, TV good. Shower power a bit weak. Pleasant dining room…breakfast was OK… usual Thai provincial hotel dodgy sausages and “plastic” ham. Would stay here again. Recommended.

Rattling noise”
The place is close to the night market, and easy access to the highway. The room was fine. Tho there was a rattling noise, coming from the water system. 2 sets of earplug stopped that, but at least you know. Other than that, great place to sleep and recharge your body.

One key fits all rooms ”
Rooms are fine. Cleaned nicely every day. Breakfast is adequate. What I really did not like though was that our room key opened all the other rooms on our floor. Which we found out by accident. Basically they have one lock with the same key. So if you value the assurance of security you won’t like to stay here. For fairness nothing was stolen from our room

Good location, decent buffet Thai style breakfast, fast internet speed. They overbooked so I had to change rooms on a minutes notice early evening on the 2nd day just as I was going to dinner.
