The hotel was clean and staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast food is variety for ramadhan. When i visit the hotel in the renovation but staff is very helpful. The location a bit challenging for old people. But overall stay was good.

I will recommend this Hotel to everyone that goes to visit Mecca. We were given exceptional service by all their friendly staffs. Saiful the Manager was very fast and efficient - answering all our questions, helped us weigh our luggage (they have an in-house digital scale) and also personally came to our room and fixed our safety box. He also fixed our room booking mishap - we had initially reserved a room with 4 single beds (due to unavailability) but upon arrival when we explained the situation, he changed our room to a king sized bed for free. The bell boys Ismail, Ahmed, Sharif were very polite. They gave us local practical advice abt shopping, taxi fares, laundry. etc. Room service was very fast and they proactively came and checked at regular intervals. Sarfaraz at the hotel’s restaurant provided excellent service. Food was very tasty with lots of variety. I would highly recommend Sarfaraz’s fresh squeezed juices – guava and orange & carrot mix! The only drawback is for the very elderly/ppl in wheelchair - the hotel is at a steep angle so when you return from the Haram you have to walk uphill

Rooms very small and it's hard for taxi to arrive to it. Food was not good,it looks like it was from the day before. Juices was good, place very near from haram.

NO WIFI, SMALL ROOMS, NO SPACE IN BATHROOM”
There was no wifi at all .. rooms were very small which is fine but bathroom is jus extremely tiny .. up the hill which takes up all your enerygy .. Staff was rude at the check in .. since we booked with agoda for a lower price than the actual price that night .. he didn’t let us check in and i had to fight because i had already paid

I booked this hotel after reading the reviews about the staff and especially Mr Samir. I met him on my second day and I was very grateful for his kindness and valuable advice. Hotel, staff and everything else is brilliant. Cleaners do clean the room when asked. The bathroom is the issue. The bathroom is clean, however the shower doesnt have an enclosure, so when you shower, water gets everywhere on the floor.

Very Nice and Cooperative Staff, Close to Haram”
This hotel is about 500-600 m from King Abdul Aziz Gate, however it sits on a quite steep hill so one should be in quite good physical shape to access it, which I am not :) It's difficult to get another hotel this close to haram at a price lower than their's. The rooms, though quite small, were fairly clean. Washrooms although are very tiny with not even enough space to take a shower properly. Hot water was available 24/7 and there wasn't any off smell in the hotel either. There's a 24hr free tea and coffee service available in the lobby. The best thing about this hotel was its staff who were very nice, well mannered and accommodating. We had reached the hotel on a Friday, before check-in time but they still gave us the rooms. Kudos to them for that.

It was okay but not again ”
The location was good except for the mountain up it was very tiring to go up to the hotel always. Most annoying thing was the noises from the construction next to the hotel, in the morning it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Small bedroom and bathroom also no cleaning service. There was coffee for free in the lobby which was good

Worst experience”
I had booked 2 rooms and paid money in advance. When I reached hotel with family, reception said we have booked rooms for a group and you need to stay in one room. With 10 follow up and request, we got worst rooms next day where even basic facilities were not available. It was like we were begging to the managers.. No one should nook there anytime..

Hill top, tiny rooms, no vehicle access ”
The hotel is situated on hill where there is no vehicle access. It's difficult to climb up after every prayer especially with young kids. The rooms are tiny and there is hardly any space to move around. The washroom so small that you have to sit on toilet seat while showering. The hotel charges high rates which is not worth.
