Great except the occasional Pool party noise”
We did love our stay here, everything was great with the exception of 1 night when a poolside band made so much noise our doorframes on the 5th floor were vibrating, we think the power from the band blew our air con out for a couple of hours. The poolside gatherings are a regular feature at this hotel the other 4 nights were fine. I especially would like to thank Mr Tran Nam the Front Office Manager for his very fine service given to us during our stay he is highly recommended to see to any problem you may have. Food was excellent and apart from the 1 noisy night (ceases at 10pm) we would stay again.

Clean and friendly, with great river views. We picked this as the location was described as excellent, however it turned out to be quite a way from the town centre, but maybe it is excellent for other things. Anyhow, cabs are cheap and plentiful. We found an interesting night food market, with a real lively buzz where we stopped for a drink, and watched the world go by. Just an overnight stay for us on the way to the airport, ticked all the boxes.

We booked 2 rooms. They ran out of 1 room so they upgraded that room to VIP room for free, we were happy with this. The hall is quite big and nice with river view. The air conditioners system worked well, it was always turned on even though we not in the room. They said they had a gym in 3rd floor so I checked. It looked like abandoned fitness room. I thought the Covid-19 gave them a big damage, but they shouldn't show this image to customer. My room didn't have shampoo and toilet paper. Otherwise, this area is close to the center but still kept under silent. There are car parking for us. We can enjoy the breakfast. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It was near the night market also but we didn't have time to try.

I didn't appreciate being charged an extra 30% to the price shown on the menu (they said holiday surcharge ) they should have warned us prior to ordering,had this happened in the U K I would have gone ballistic ! Neither t v in my room worked on arrival,nore the safe.Breakfast poor ! Just catering for Asian guests. Long wait for meals in restaurant and orders wrong ! Very nice room though.

We decided to stay our last night in Vietnam at Nesta hotel because we wanted a swimmingpool, to relax and enjoy before going back home. That’s why we chose this expensive hotel, because they had a nice pool (on their pictures). Without us knowing, they arranged a big birthday party for a kid by the pool. With ballons, sound system, a ”bridge” over the pool (so we couldn’t swim) ans lots of invited guests. They had the party until 22:00. We could not enjoy our stay the way we wanted, if we would have known this we would have chosen another hotel. For the inconveniense we got 2 Heineken beer for free. Not very satisfied. The room was nice, but not worth the price.

EXCEPTIONAL STAY”
First time in Can Tho. 6 nights at the Nesta Hotel. Lovely property, including a beautiful pool and a spa. Riverview room was clean and comfortable with many complementary amenities. Outside the city tourist hub but cab rides to the riverside promenade or other Can Tho attractions are easy and very affordable. Hotel food was very good especially the breakfast buffet that satisfies a wide range of tastes – Vietnamese, Western, , Chinese, and more. Fabulous seafood restaurant (Hai San Bien Dong) is close walking distance. Also, lots of yummy street food at the local night market just outside the hotel. Now for the EXCEPTIONAL part. Nesta management and staff are quality extraordinaire! Management, reception, bell men, even housekeeping and maintenance are committed to customer service and ensuring a pleasant stay for leisure and business travelers. Hotel tour of the floating markets and other sites was memorable. Highly recommend. Would stay there again. Thanks, Nesta!

Friends and I went to Can Tho Vietnam we stay at Nesta Hotel. Hotel situated on the side of the river away from busy traffic street. Beautiful hotel and very clean just how I like it. The room was clean and smell clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The Hotel offered great free breakfast in the morning. The breakfast so much to choose from. Now that I am a Hanoi I choose to stay at Nesta Hotel. I am happy with the price I am paying per night to stay. I am making Nesta Hotel my hotel to go to when I am at Vietnam.
