Good enough for a few nights”
We needed to just stay one night before taking our next flight. For this the place is ideal. Very basic room with just a bed but nice and clean. Close to khaosan road but not right on it, so its nice and quiet Good value for money

Good for Khao San Road”
Location is good for Khao San Road, about two minutes walk from the action, close enough to be convenient but far enough away it is quiet, as Khao San Road can be pretty loud. Bed was a bit hard but that is typical in Asia. McDonald's, Burger King and KFC close by, along with many other restaurants and food carts. No sink, but one is not really necessary, there is a tap in the shower/bathroom. Mostly quiet if the window is closed, good air conditioning. No outside guests permitted after 6pm. Not convenient to get to other parts of the city though like Sukhumvit. Big party scene on Khao San Road at night.

Staff graciously let us check in early after an 8 hour overnight bus ride Great location to Khoasan road but far enough away to be able to sleep. The bad Stayed on top floor and hole in the mesh window. Birds making noises all night on the roof (maybe only in our room on top floor in corner) and somewhat dirty but I mean for the price you can't expect much. if you need just a place to sleep this is it.

The Agoda map for the hotel location is wrong. It is past the far end of Khaosan Road and nowhere near Rambuttri Village. In the room you get a bed and nothing else. My single took was large enough to fit a whole suite of bedroom furniture. But there was only the bed. They do clean the bathrooms here frequently.

For staying near Khao San ok”
A small room with a bed, a fan and no windows. The shared bathroom was clean and the staff nice. Not cozy, but perfect to stay near Khao San without the noise in the night. Good for one or two nights.

The room was pretty clean, but way too warm, and the 2 fans wouldn't help. Toilets were clean, shower wasn't. But we were looking for a cheap hotel, and this was, so it was enough for one night. Especially with the breakfast included, which was good.

Probably better once nearby”
The difference between the normal room and air con is huge. After 3h without we changed the room to with air con which coasts nearly the double. The rooms were always clean anyway the lobby and entry is disgusting. A really bad smelling dog just next to your "breakfast" which was already not eatable, bread turned green! It's ok for a day or two because the location is good but not more.

My room was very basic, only bed and fan and ceiling lamp, no desk, no chair, without window and walls were not up to ceiling so you heared everything what happened in other rooms.

Would never go back”
Pictures of the basic rooms are deceiving as they don't show the mosquito net panels that face towards the corridor. So if you want to get some sleep expect it to be disrupted with people walking past, talking, on the phone for 3 hours etc. etc. I put up with it the first night even though I'd had a 10 hour bus journey from Cambodia, the second night I had an early start for a flight. Man next door on Skype for hours so went to Reception to get another room, given another room on another floor but same type of room. Asked if they had one with actual solid walls. They gave me a twin room, so moved all my stuff, locked the door and went to return the other keys. Went back to the room and the key broke it the door. Luckily there was a window facing the terrace so the owner climbed in and opened the door. The shower areas and toilet weren't clean and no toilet paper provided. Also, no sheet provided for the bed to cover myself. Place is just a sh!thole and I was glad to get out of there. Been travelling for 9 months and this was the worst for me.

No washing basin. Blanket which i don't need was made of synthetic fiber, just as the bath towel which was stretchable. Toilet amenities was zero, no hair shampoo n shower soap, nothing at all. Make no mistake, i asked the manager. I stayed in the double bed room, no. A3. Agoda, shame on
