Very recommended to who want come to Nha Trang. I stay here with my friends (groups). Room very clean and comfortable. Every day their clean, change towel and tidy room. Very near to go to night market and convenience store, just walk in . Staff very friendly and helpful. His name is James. Can speak in English too very good. He also recommend us to buy vinpearl land ticket at hotel so we no need to queue or to collect our ticket at vinpearl land counter just enter to cable car. Also find us car to airport price also same with bus . Thank you so much James and New Century Hotel will come back soon.

I'm from States. I have stayed 4 days. James is the customer service representative not only speaks English very well, he also went out of his ordinary duty and helped me to book bus ticket back and also assisted when I lost my bus ticket to replace it. Hotel is clean. Location is very good. I was very happy staying there. Thank you for the great service New Century!

Pros:Good location easy to go many places in walking distance,staff friendly and helpful,room clean Cons: just the hotel building in small size with one floor got 2 rooms only Noisy sound due to beside the main road I"m very satisfied for the staff who called James, he is very friendly and helpful. He personally brought us to the phone shop and help us to buy the data plan for our sim card to avoid cheated due to i had cheated by the staff sold sim card at airport they said unlimited but just few hours i cant get data😭 Fortunately, with the help from James, he helped me to get data from sim card.

Strategic Location, Good & Helpful Front Desk Staffs”
The room are spacious, clean and quiet. Strategic location with walking distance to night market and beach. We can have many variety of foods from seafood, international and local Vietnam food. Most important the hotel front desk staff namely Mr James & Ms Phuong are so friendly and helpful. We will check in the same hotel for our next trip.

Friendly staffs, good location”
Staff can understand a little english and very friendly. Location is very good and near to beach, 5 mins walk or less. The room’s aircond not very strong, but there are stand fan provided so it’s still ok. Overall it’s worth the money.
