1. No pets and No smoking. 2. Please switch off aircon and lights when checking out. 3. Please clear all rubbish and dispose them at refuse room located next to the lift lobby. 4. Please close and lock all windows, balcony sliding doors, kitchen door and main door before leaving the house. 5. The number of guest in each homestay must not exceed the number of guest registered upon booking and reservation. Extra guests will be charged at RM30/person. 6. Kindly utilize with care the equipment, features and facilities of the homestay as any damages and loss will be at the guests' own cost. 7. In order to ensure the peace and calmness of the homestay, guests are discouraged from making too much noise in the unit before 8:00AM and after 10:00PM. 8. Loss of homestay entrance door key or access card is subjected to a penalty of RM80. 9. Kindly switch off all lights and air conditioner when leaving the unit. 10. Cleanliness of the homestay is to be observed all the times. 11. The following are not allowed in the unit: - Smoking (indoor) - Durians - Excessive alcohol consumption - Pets 12. Guests are only allowed to use the kitchen to cook light food which do not produce much odour of cooking oil. Thank you.
