The room is beautiful and really comfortable. The breakfast restaurant is elegant, and foods are tasty. Everything is enjoyable. We would choose to stay again when we get another chance to visit Da Nang.

Great Hotel with friendly and helpful staff”
We recently stayed in this hotel for 2 days in this hotel. There were widespread of food and coffee was served hot at the breakfast place. One morning, as I was pouring hot water onto my own small flash, the hot water accidentally spilled onto my arm. Their staff insisted on calling their in-house nurse to check and applied cream on me. I was very thankful that I did not get any scalds from the hot water I was distracted and left my wallet at the counter during the check out. Without realizing, I moved away to the ground floor and waited for our driver to fetch us to the airport. Fiona managed to locate us and returned the wallet to me. It was great relief that she found my wallet with all the cash, IC and credit cards intact. Lastly, I would like to say a BIG thankful to Fiona and her staff for making our stay so wonderful and memorable! I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who are looking for a place to stay in City Centre of Danang.

Definitely a five star hotel-room ,food and staff”
I’m stayed in many five star and the New Orient definitely should be rated as five star. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Room was very clean and modern. The bedding was top quality. A great nite sleep. The ala carte food in restaurant was excellent quality and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Where I go back to Da nang I will definitely stay here.

One night stay for honeymooners”
It was an exceptional hotel and I wished I stay here more. The facilities are 5 star and modern. The location is nearer to Han Market and the Cathedral. Overall the facilities is what sets this hotel apart. A very nice sized indoor / outdoor pool. Gym. Business centre. The concierge was really helpful and accommodating. The next time I come to Da Nang I would probably stay in this hotel.

New Year in Danang”
We enjoyed a 4 night stay comfortable room, clean with all the needed amenities. Free water was only in small bottles but we got 4 after the 1st night. Breakfast had the lot although some items a bit cold our NY eve meal was delicious and way too much for me and 3 ladies. The roof top bar was fun with good cocktails although getting a vodka and pineapple juice in the same glass confused them but it also did in other bars. Very helpful staff not all had English but we found that all over so you just work with it. Not that far to walk to bars and restaurants ta is easy to get and cheap. Would stay again no problem.

The staff took note of my reservation remarks and we were delighted with the upgrade of room and they prepared a birthday cake for my husband too. Bathroom facilities were great except for the heating system which worked stranglely for our room. Rain shower + bath tub tap worked fine, but not the normal shower head. Water pressure was great nonetheless! Definitely a great stay and would recommend tourists to try out Madame Lan that is within walking distance (~7 mins walk)
