The room is fine, but they give us room at the top floor; no elevator. We have baby and kids; not so comfortable then. Water flow in the toilet started to clogged in the second day. Still cam be considered for those who just want to have a place to sleep or rest. Very cheap if booked through Agoda.

Once arrived, their staff informed that i need to call them first if i make a booking from agoda for a weekend. The reason; their hotel are fully booked that time. I checked in hotel late. I got discount price from agoda. So, acceptable.

I arrive late about 11.30pm due to traffic jam all the way, When I arrive I was drive away by the Indian staff fiercely where they told me late arriver are not welcome. No room for any late arrival. You pay then you're stupid. I was stunning by these and I'm so tired after long drive. Otherwise I probably have a fight with that staff. Luckily they was another counter in charge and another Indian staff pass me the key. Still not very friendly indian staff but at least process my check in. For hotel appearance and room appearance, what you see in Agoda is totally different with what i stay. Almost everything is terrible. Faded and hard recognize hotel signboard, dangerous wire, loose dangerouse plug and even in high position,faded paint everywhere, electric shower that can only generate almost cold water,slightly broken door, dirty floor, fragile table in room. The only good thing is cheap room fare. Air-con still function properly.

Staff here sucks. Doesnt help at all when I couldnt get my ID booking like asks for the boss or anything. Instead, he keeps on making personal calls really loud. When I got in the room, the toilet door is broken and can’t be locked. Water is bad, filled with sudden bursts and constant lack of water pressure. Also, dirty room.

it cannot be right,that was like in a five stars hotel has been newly built wellness.check in was quick, registration desk agent was friendly and efficient. great room in new wave hotel.restaurants were just fine, while less expensive food court was not so good. more restaurant choices in giant and tesco. good location. would definitely return to new wave hotel because it was cheap and clean for a budget class hotel.

Value for money, a decent transit hotel”
I stayed here to catch a few hours' sleep after seeing a concert at the Sepang Circuit, before catching my flight home the next afternoon. It's about 1 km from the Nilai Terminal, where you can take the shuttle bus to the airport and other destinations. The hotel manager can also help you order a "taxi" (which is actually a rental car). There's a good Indian restaurant and a grocery store nearby. Other than that, nothing much in the area. The hotel itself is okay considering the price: air-conditioned, reasonably clean bed & shower (no hot water though), free wi-fi. Recommended for transit travellers who need to get to the KLIA/LCCT airport.

Looks nice from the inside”
It is a small hotel and cheap hotel. The only thing that I didnt like about it was that when I reached there late at night, I hadnt printed my voucher and they didnt have any record of a new guest coming. Nevertheless, the owner and the receptionist were nice enough to let me stay the night and give them the booking number the next day. I caught a direct bus to the airport near the hotel. The hotel doesnt not provide a hotel pick up. You can take a bus for Nilai from a bus station right next to KLIA by Level 4 I think. The buses to Nilai are 3RM and then take a taxi from Nilai bus station which can be 10RM rather than having to pay the taxi driver for an expensive journey. The wifi can be really slow!

best superb hotel!!!!! ive lived in fl my whole life and have never seen as good as this hotel ever!!all the staff was really helpful until they ensure me i get to my flight.the room are really interior design with low budget price.the service was good and no charge for extra towel or bedsheets.our room had the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on, it was so good we really didn't want to get out of bed in the mornings. these rooms without a doubt were some of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in..checkin was very very fast.coffee pots in the room would be a great plus.would recommend my friends and couzin to go there.
