Lovely and familiar hostel ”
Everything in that hostel was perfect. The hosts are very friendly and they are always open to give you recomendations to do around. They also have a really delicious homemade food. Rooms are really spacious and beds are super comfortable. Bathrooms and all the comun areas are 100% clean. We will definitely come back again. Ahh! And they also have motorbikes for rent!

Okay homestay ”
The people living there are extremely nice and were keen to make our stay better. There is an air of dust and mould in the house and the air is hard to breath. Next door is a karaoke place that played very loud music for both nights which made falling asleep hard. The breakfast was okay but the noodle soup didn’t taste like anything. We didn’t book our bus back with the home stay since it was more expensive.

Without a doubt the best most friendly helpful place we have stayed so far in vietnam, the owner is fantastic, twice we have been welcomed to eat with him and his friends and family I don't think you could find a nicer place to stay, just be warned after a few days you might not want to leave it's that welcoming and the perfect location for all the ninh binh sites everything is close by tam coc view point, trang an all relatively close by

The couple that owns it is super helpful and sweet! There is a bike you can use for free as well as a free breakfast. I was able to leave my backpack there all day after I checked out. I was even given a ride to catch my bus after my stay.
