Lovely resort on a magnificent beach”
This hotel was wonderful. There are a few good and not so good points from our stay. The room size is very generous we had a huge room with a separate lounge area and private mini pool. The facilities are great there’s a well kitted out gym and the infinity pool is amazing. Te resort is immaculately groomed and maintained. The beach is cleaned by the hotel which is important as other beaches on the island can be left to get covered in litter. The location is rather far from any life, the grab app didn’t connect us with any drivers either but there were taxi’s outside the resort on standby. If you want to go to duong dong it’s about £13 ($15) each way and a 30min journey. So that could get very pricey if you want/need to eat out every night during your stay. As other have stated a complimentary shuttle would be really perfect. We didn’t eat dinner in the resort but there are restaurant options. These are even more expensive than western prices (I paid £6 for a coconut water!) The breakfast is brilliant with lots of options. Upon arrival we weren’t assisted with our luggage from the taxi or given a welcome drink but I was given a flower during checkout for international women’s day which was beautiful. The complimentary airport shuttle times didn’t correspond with our flight times so we took a taxi. Would recommend for people who are looking for a quiet time in phu Quoc, want a beautiful beach and can afford to splash out at the hotel restaurants.

Excellent resort for relaxation”
The resort is a bit too far front the main town. We did enjoy the buffet breakfast, great variety and the food was fresh and delicious. Staff was very helpful and courteous. It would have been great if the resort provided a shuttle bus for guests to the town centre as the taxi fare did become quite expensive. The pool and beach are very clean. Staff clean all the facilities regularly.

Excellent property and Superb Breakfast”
The properties are very beautiful. The breakfast is so far the best I had in my life. The overall service level is top notch (especially those with blue uniform and manager level), but some of the working level looks like quite new and have room to improve. F&B Manager Giacomo truly makes our stay very pleasant, will definitely stay again next time I visit Phu Quoc Island. Reviewed January 01, 2023

Amazing hotel but service needs a LOT of improvement ”
Stunning hotel and site by a beautiful bay. The only issue and important one is service. Staff is nice but not trained for a world class resort. English of 90% of the staff is very limited to no existent which can be very frustrating even when trying to communicate simple requests.

Phu Quoc travel, the best choice”
Because of this resort, I went to Phu Quoc among many travel destinations But this resort became the best choice of my Phu Quoc trip I was able to spend every day in a good mood because of the staff who are always smiling and kind everywhere, and the people who greet me first just by looking at my eyes Additional facilities in the resort (seafood restaurant, swimming pool, private beach, induction, living room, etc.) were perfect After a long six-day journey, we were able to stay at this resort without any shortage I will visit again soon in February

AMAZING RESORT AND STAFF”
I absolutely LOVED this property, and the amazing staff made my stay even better. Great food choices for breakfast, great rooms, lovely property. My only complaint is that the "beachfront" villa is not worth the additional $200+/nightly in comparison to the Ocean View villa. I also do not like that you can not walk directly from your back patio to the beach in the "beachfront" villa. Besides that inconvenience, everything else was wonderful.

Fantastic family getaway”
We had an awesome time at New World Phu Quoc. Everything - the villa, the pool, the facilities, the all inclusive activities, the breakfast, the beach, the kids club, the free airport shuttle are all outstanding. But what made New World Phu Quoc one of our family's best vacation ever have to be the staff - everyone made us feel so welcome, especially Ms Trinh who went above and beyond her duty to serve us, and Ms Tao who made our 2 little girls enjoy their time at the kids club. We didnt try out the spa though as there is not enough time. 5 days is not enough to enjoy everything here haha Just some small suggestions - can include more night/evenings activities such as beach parties, food stalls, etc as it gets a bit quiet once the sun sets. Also, we are a bit surprised when the restaurant (Lua) actually charges for water especially when it is provided free in the villa and at the pool

Good but not the best ”
The property is hugeand pretty. The beach is pretty good (though it wasnt clean when we went due to unfavorable winds). Communication was tricky as major staff did not understand English. Thanks to Ms. Bao and Mr.Pankaj (F&B Manager) for their help in making our stay memorable.

We absolutely loved our time at the resort. It was beautiful, luxurious and the staff were delightful. The only thing is that it’s quite far away from the local area so getting food and snacks etc proved to be quite a challenge. Hotel food prices were a bit exorbitant because they pretty much have a captive audience. We did love our time there though. The villas were absolutely amazing.
