Best place to stay in Hoi an ”
Perfect location! The family is wonderful, they speak perfect English and they are very friendly. The place is 5 min walk (or less!) to the old market. The rooms are cosy, they have all you need: water, towels, toothbrush, ac and a balcony! I have been here twice and I will always choose them again!

I loved this little gem”
I stayed for five nights, and wish I could’ve stayed longer. It’s only a small hotel/guest house, but I prefer them to huge soulless hotels. It’s near to the night market, the river and the old town…perfect location for me. Loan who runs the hotel is fantastic, and she will arrange taxi to and from airport. Will also arrange tours if you want to do them. I would definitely stay again if back in Hoi An.

Very good location in the old town. Close to the night market but still very quiet. The rooms are great with a balcony. But the best thing is the owner. She is incredibly nice and helpful. organized a lot for us. we can't imagine a better place to stay and Hoi An.

Hi I was here alone in May 2022, Kim who manages this place is a great person, always helpful and charming. The room was large, comfortable and clean with a small balcony that had a lovely view of the village. They also have great, fast and stable internet there. The location is very good in a quiet street just outside the old town next to the night market. A stone's throw from the villa, two small grocery stores are mixed up, so you can do some small shopping quickly. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Rooms are big and clean. Front dest is very helpful. They offer bike rental, airport/city transfer ghrough cab. The night marketvis just a few steps.

Perfect location”
We stayed in the rooftop room which was small but perfectly adequate. The room had all the facilities you would need, fridge, kettle, hairdryer. The location was great, one minutes from the night market and 5 minutes from the main area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and serviced daily.

Just stayed here for one night but the girl on the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious enough and was good value for money. Location is very short walk to the town, or on the island there are restaurants, bars and the night market

Great location (5min walk from Hoi An) and very quiet”
That's my 2nd stay in this hotel. I really like the connivence of the place. Near the main area (5min walking), can rent motorbike for 100 Dong. They can pick you up or send you back to Danang airport for about 250 Dong. Rooms are clean, bed very confortable and quiet (when choosing a back street room). As Terminator said... I'll be back

Superior room had everything I like in a hotel room. Great bed, pillows, shower, aircon, balcony. Cleaned daily while we were out without asking. Friendly and helpful staff. A few stairs may not suit some people, although you could ask for lower floor if that's a problem.

One of the best home stay in the ancient town”
The location is superb as you can get everything at your nose tip. You can explore the tourist places just by walking around. The name house villa is a bit oxymoron as most of the time the owner or anyone was not available at the reception. That's why you may not contact them for day tour. Though the owner can be contacted by whatsapp if you need anything. But very little personal interaction. The swiming pool was very cool. The rooms are clear and cozy. You will get 2 bottles of water everyday for free. The towels are changed everyday. It's a nice stay for me being a solo traveller.

Amazing stay in Hoi An, feels like home!”
The small family-run hotel has the benefit of interacting with the staff. The manager Loan is always accomodating and helped us plan our days in Hoi An. The place is very conveniently located close to ancient town, we are able to go back many times in one day as the short walk allows us to take quick rests or to just recharge our batteries or our wallet :)
