Exceptional”
The room was exactly what we needed for our stay in BMT. It was clean but not very big which was ok for us. The staff were nice. Our only word of warning is about booking things through them. We asked for some help in booking some things we wanted to do at yokdon national park. The son was friends with the director apparently. Long story short they wanted us to pay the guesthouse for our national park activity. It felt wrong so we didn't pay and when we turned up to the national park the prices were MUCH cheaper then they were trying to get us to pay. It was a real shame because we cut short the things we wanted to do because the prices were so steep. Turns out we could have done everything we wanted to. Next time I guess! I am not discouraging staying at the guesthouse, that was perfectly fine. But be careful when booking things with them and always be wary of upfront payments.

The guesthouse is 5 mins walk from the central market with lots of local eating options. The owners were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with sights and how to get there. They booked bus tickets and arranged everything I needed. It's a family run business and they really looked after their guests. The room is reasonable in size and very clean, comfortable bed and good wifi. There's no elevator but the price was extremely good value. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

The accomodation was ok for the price. Beds are a little bit through. But the best thing in the guesthouse is the owner because he shows you how to get to the interesting areas on your own and for a cheap price. Also for Transportation to the next Destination he doesn't take Commission for.

Got a really good welcome at the arrival - the owner gave me a bottle of water. His son works in travel business, so he is very good at English (btw they all are) we talked about, how to go visit the different places I had in mind. Stayed there for two nights. The walls though in the toilet in my room, were a little nasty, the bedsheets seemed a little bit dirty. Great place though. If I ever come back, I would stay there.

Not the nicest place”
I did get my exercise going up 5 floors. The water wouldn't get hot even after the reccomended 5 minutes. Actually, the water wouldn't turn off either :) The hotel bed was hard as a rock. One reviewer said the bed was comfortable. I guess some people prefer HARD beds. The Highland House is a much better option if you don't mind something out of the main city center. This place is nice for the location.

A decent place”
Location is pretty good - quite close to main attractions and right on the doorstep of the night market. The room quality exactly as described on the website - nothing too fancy, but kept in decent condition and clean. Staff as helpful as they knowledge of English allows - some speak very little English. No breakfast option which might be a slight disadvantage since there is no breakfast restaurants near by.

Too small and smelling room ”
I booked double room for 3 people although i came alone. The room was very small, the beds and pillows smell so bad. I got irritation the next morning. Never come back here.

街のど真ん中 お手頃な価格 通りに面した部屋選択”
ＢＭＴは３回目。３泊しましたが良心的な宿です。どの部屋も３台のベッドで空間は狭い。初めの１泊は窓のない奥側の部屋、２日目から通り沿いの窓あり部屋に変えてもらいました。夜明けからバイクの音、車のクラクション聞こえます。夜市・市場は歩いて１分。建物は古い典型的ゲストハウスですが、清掃はきちんとしてあり不潔さはなし。シャワーは熱いぐらいのお湯が豊富にでます。普段はベトナムの人が利用しているので若干臭気あり（食べ物？）。食事は麺の屋台・食堂は周囲に沢山。ご飯ものは２～３軒、レストランも徒歩圏内。全体的に考えれば、この料金（１２５０円/泊）はお得でしょう。
