Not 3 star or any star hotel”
The room I was given was not what was advertised , The staff were friendly but did not overly helpful . The door to the room was so small you had to bend down to nearly crawl in . I was promised a wake up call at 4.45am didn't happen nearly missed my flight . I would not stay there again .

Trash was still in the room from previous guests, Beds were not clean not sure if they had been changed. The kettle was filthy inside when ask to change at reception they said can not they didn’t even offer to clean it very poor performance.

worst”
staff is really the worst, they made us pay for water we didn’t even open in our room. Didn’t really understand the problem they did not want to give us back our passport because of it. Room is not so clean, the toilet kept flushing on his own throwing water everywhere on the floor. Breakfast was poor( noodles and rice ) . Only thing that was good was that it was 2 minutes ways from the beach but i wouldn’t go there again!

Dirty, bad English and no isolation ”
You could hear everything happening in the hallways. I had some problems with they toilet, that they never came to fix. They staff spoke little English and my bedsheets was dirty..

Wouldn't stay here”
First the hotel seems alright. But then during the night our toilet was making strange noises which kept us awake at night. The second night we were called awake at 06:15! Due to receptionist who asked us if we could move our motorbikes. Staff speaks very bad English as well.

The location is good, everything else is bad. ”
The rooms are old and not very clean, they dont have windows. The bathroom needs to be repaired. Its very loud, because its near the spa and some construction is going on. Breakfast is not good, you should get to breakfast at 6.30, if you want to have anything left to eat.

The DIRTY water is coming out of the toilet! I can not imagine something worst. And they lied to me. They do not care. It was Horrible.

Inexpensive hotel in the center of tourist area”
the best feature of the hotel is a combination of good location and inexpensive prices. the beach is in 5 minutes walk, though you need crossing tran phu street with heavy trafic (mostly bikers knowing nothing about normal trafic rules). yet, it is a problem with amy hotel at nha trang. shopping is easy at decent prices, though quality may be not the best. a lot of restaurants and cafes all around from expensive to middle price (by vietnamese standards) many tourist agencies to arrange your trips nearby, but everyone offers same routes for same prices, so no meaning wondering from one to another.

no doubt there was some argue in between me and hotel staff when i checked in the hotel,they upgraded my room to a bigger and comfortable room instead of what i booked online (sea view room)but,i felt nice and enjoy my journey in nha trang,i would like to say thank you to all the staffs in the hotel.

2 days in Nha Trang Beach with good location, near beach and traveler area. The hotel facilities is below average level but the price is acceptable, around 25 bucks/night for Superior room.

Staff were excellent, spoke great English and were very helpful. Central location, close to beach and shops. Simple room but clean and good air con. Please note - air port is about 30km from city, book airport pickup or taxi in advance to avoid high cost

The hotel was very good, clean, breakfast was variety bufet it was delicious, they have cheap motorbike for rent as well. Everythink was Ok expect the water in minibar on the room must be paid, but on the booking.com is said that is free.

Nha Trang Beach Hotel is well located, and good value for the price..Mattress was lumpy..The staff very attentive but night staff spoke only Russian..

Did not know what to expect as it was my first time to visit. Was very impressed with the friendly check-in and the guest room. The breakfast buffet was good and well laid out. Will definitely stay with them again. Staff are very accomodating.
