Our accommodation was cosy and convenient. Location of this apartment/hotel is close to everything we need. Lovely sea view from both rooms I booked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price is slightly high due to high season which is reasonable. Overall I would recommend this accommodation to others.

Great location & friendly staff”
The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage before check in. They gave us directions and recommendations throughout our trip. Annie, helped us book the Hot pot & Bbq dinner at the hotel and the food was great and beautifully set up. She helped us incredibly throughout our entire stay and continued to check in with us to assure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. The room was comfortable and had a beach view as promised, though there is construction across the building but it is out of the control of this hotel so it wasn’t a big deal to us. There was some scribbling and drawing on the walls of the suite but nothing that was a “deal breaker”, just an easy esthetic fix that didn’t bother us. Hot water & great shower pressure! We loved that there were beach lounge chairs and a towel attendant at the beach which was right across the street. We were very happy with our stay and would love to visit again!

The unit I rent is the triple room. The room is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and this is a sunrise sea view room. The unit is the same building as the five-star hotel Starcity Hotel and is the same management as the hotel. Our family of four is very happy and worth for recommending. We decided to come back again in future.

The apartment is the upper floors of the starcity hotel. With daily room cleaning service. The room is seaview. In front of the beach and with free hotel beach chairs. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. They helped us to phone to the host of the apartment for kitchen facilities. They reserved the seats and waited with us in the bus stop until the airport bus arrived. We got the basic utensils we needed the next day on request. It is near the bus stops to and from airport and to Lottie supermarket. Walk 10 minutes to night market and 20 minutes to nearest supermarket.

Signature view and good location for tourist”
The view from your room is very nice, you can see the beach from the left to the right and right to the left. Along the tourist street (Tran Phu) where you can find many restaurant and bar by the beach. 1 min to the beach, lying down on the sand and breath the air However, minus point as i was quite unhappy because my room air condition was not worked, we slept in the hot situation for the first night after the service team came and did quick fixed but it was not fixed totally, then we need to move to another 2 rooms for the next two days as the host didn't have available rooms for us. Basic facilities but clean enough therefore a price is a bit high.

Very bad service - the staff smoked in the parking lot”
The apartment is located inside Star City Hotel. I was very disappointed with their service. I caught one of the hotel staff smoking in the basement - parking area (the night shift - 31st of March). When I asked the hotel supervisor for explanation, he told me they allow their staff to smoke in the basement and they have the small smoking area (just around the corner inside the parking lot where cars and motobikes are everywhere). But they would check the camera to know for sure if their staff smoked at the right place. What kind of hotel would allow smoking in the basement?!?! That's the most irresponsible action from 5 stars hotel I've ever known! Of course I will not recommend Star City or their apartments for anyone since they have a contempt for their customer's lives that much!!!

Nice room with sea view”
Firstly the location is pretty confusing as the owner of this room or hotel name has bought it from the original Star City hotel so location wise you'll need to tell the cab driver the exact address and not the hotel name as you won't find it anywhere. Secondly, I was horribly disappointed with the reception service who kept reminding me over and over relentlessly that she's just doing recept service for NTWSV hotel and they are not aware or have no idea when the room will be available for check in, forcing me to call and ask the owner which the owner then call them again for confirmation. In the end I managed only to check in around 3:30pm. I feel if the recept for Star City hotel is to oversees all the rooms, they should be more responsible for it.

스타씨티 호텔내 콘도텔인데 호텔가격에 비해 훨씬 저렴하게 운동시설, 수영장, 전용비치 등 호텔 시설 모두 이용 가능합니다. 숙소내 요리 가능하도록 기본적 요리기구 준비되어 있어 편리하구요, 주요 관광지는 대부분 걸어서 이동 가능합니다. 21층 꼭대기층에 머물렀는데 방이 넓고, 에어컨 빵빵하고,무엇보다 숙소에서 보이는 바다전망이 압도적입니다. 베트남 특성상 숙소앞 해변도로에서 경적소리가 계속해서 들리는 점 참고하시구요, 직원들은 친절한 직원도 있었지만 그렇지 않은 직원들도 있어서 옥의티 였습니다.
