Booked for 8 nights through Agoda, originally our room came without a window but we were able to ask for a room change for a further minimal fee - the front desk staff were more than happy to help us to change to a larger room with windows. Both rooms were extremely tidy and clean with luxuriously comfortable beds and sparkling clean bathrooms. No wifi problems, always had hot showers and did not hear excessive noise from other guests. It IS possible to hear muffled traffic noise from the street starting around 6:30am as the city wakes up, but I think that's to be expected at a hotel in such a central, busy area. Noodle station at breakfast was good too, don't forget to order local style iced coffee (cà phê sữa đá) if the hot coffee is not to your taste. Overall some items are cold at breakfast but the noodle station was the highlight. Great value for money at this hotel and would recommend it to others

It is quite centralized and Ben Thanh Market is just across the street. Toilet is spacious and the whole room is clean. We stayed on the 3rd level. We could still hear some sound from the traffic but we could still sleep through the night. The best would be to get a higher floor if you are sound sensitive

One of the best 3 star hotels I have stayed in and seems like most 4 star hotels! Staff are friendly and very helpful and Angel's English is excellent. Would DEFINITELY stay here again and location in District 1 is excellent close to the market and the big malls.

Hotel very new and cozy. Triple room is quite big and enough to stay 3 peoples. facility in the room is good. We feel comfortable in this hotel in 3 days. Only 5-8minutes walks to ben thant market ,pizza 4 ps, bep me in, pho 2000. The breakfast not so many types of food but nice to eat and enjoy the view ho cin minh at 12 floor. Another attraction points is around 15-20 minutes walks.But call a grab is very easy at there.

Luxury room is quite clean. Sheets and towels are changed daily. Location is very convenient. Near to but not too closed to the Ben Thanh market. Traffic is high however the noisy level is very minimum inside the room. Breakfast is sufficient with bacon and sausages. Would be excellent if the luxury room has bathtub.

My expectation was exceeded by their large premium twin room, cleanliness, wide selection of buffet, airconditioning and cable tv feed. All the staff from recepton to cleaners were ready to assist with a smile. Near the Ben Tanh market, lots of restaurant, Starbucks, Burger King and iconic landmarks.

Perfect location..very clean room and staff were nice except for one grumpy man at the door.breakfast was ok.. Cons are the rooms are not sound proof ,so lots of noises can be heard in the morning or even at night..the air con and fridge make very loud noise at well.. Overall,it was a nice stay...

The hotel is centrally located within a short walking distance to Ben Thanh market and short drive to other attractions. Room and beds are comfortable. Breakfast area is nice and with variety of food. It was quite full around 8 am. I saw some people having to wait a few minutes for a table. They continue filling up food so there is no shortage on food. Staff are friendly and helpful. We got minor hiccups but probably not the hotel's fault. The hotel got us a 7 seat taxi with no proper meter saying that it is Vinasun. When asked about the meter, the driver showed a quick snapshot from his mobile phone. In less than 1.5 km, the fare was 50,000. When we disputed, he showed the meter from mobile phone of 39,000. Not sure because of the bigger car or not but I felt ripped off by his behavior. Also hotel mistakenly asked for a soda bill from restaurant which we didn't go. Luckily they understand and didn't insist of charging us for the bill.
