Good stay”
The staff are quite helpful and kind. They attend to our needs and concerns quickly. They even invited us for a drink. The only downside is the AC and the heater that for some reason they regulated. Sometimes it is automatically turned off. Overall we were comfortable in the hotel and we recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Very good for a low price”
We liked to stay here. The room was big and bright. Two huge beds, cozy sheets, great air con, clean and new bathroom. The staff was very friendly.

Spotless and very helpful staff”
The hotel is very clean and modern with everything you will need - comfy beds, hot shower, tv and fridge too. The breakfast was very nice too. We originally planned to stay 2 nights but stayed 3. The hotel arranged a boat trip to Halong Bay which was fantastic (17 dollars which is the norm) and pickup was right outside. They also arranged onward travel for us too which was good and arrived on time ! The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was done with a smile. I’m not sure where the beach picture is in the photo - there is a Hair of the Dog beach club about 5-10 mins walk away which was fine. The main beaches are located at the other end of town but we never went as we had a pool day at the Oasis Bar 2 which was about 10 mins walk away - free use of swimming which was great for my 2 kids. There are a few decent restaurants located just at bottom of street too. I would recommend and would staff again.

Comfortable stopover before doing cruise”
Comfortable place run by friendly family to stopover in Cat Ba before doing a cruise. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is located slightly up a hill, but very short and easy walk to restaurants and main waterfront area of Cat Ba town. Easy spot to explore hospital cave and cannon fort from on a motor bike.

It was a nice, clean place with very friendly staff that made you feel as though you were a guest on their home. Only negative was the poor TV reception, but we weren't their for that...

Excellent”
Street is a bit uphill, also dirty mainly due to the fish market. Our room was at the 4th floor and there is no elevator. But the hotel and room were clean, the breakfast was better than expected and staff was very friendly. I would definitely return.
