Well maintained seemingly family run business Had a safe. Rooms are cold at night and the hot water is a problem because it is on demand through a water heater. Ended up upgrading the room in hopes for a better view of the valley and it was not worthwhile. The basic room would suffice for the solo traveler.

Acceptable”
Ha Vy 2, the new hotel is not good location, it's new so there's no tree or beautiful flowers like Ha Vy 1. They just do the painting flowers on the wall at the garden, it looks ugly. They put me to the 3rd floor, and there no lift, not convenient. some haft empty bottle of water in the room, we don't know what for or last using guest left over!

The Nhat Vy Hotel represents everything that is good about Vietnamese hospitality. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, the staff was helpful and very professional, and if you spend a little extra to upgrade to one of the upper floor rooms, you will have a view of Dalat that is so spectacular it will make it hard to leave the hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who would love to travel to Dalat. This hotel has got nice view and facilities are quite new and well decorated. Staffs and the owner are very friendly and helpful. Although the location is not really in the central of Dalat, it is ok to hire a motorbike and going around.

Couple traveling RTW with a friend”
We originally booked for 3 nights, and ended up staying for 7. We've been in SEA for several weeks, and this hotel was an absolute gem to find. Every single staff member was above-and-beyond kind and helpful (and especially so when my husband got sick one day). The rooms are luxurious - treat yourself to a balcony, the view is fabulous! Beds were ridiculousy comfortable with super clean linens. Free bottled water each day, plus you've got a mini bar and hot water kettle in the room. Motorbike rentals were awesome as well - the price was great, and the bikes were some of the nicest we've rented. Showers were clean, nice, and had hot water. The location is slightly out of the touristy/busy part of town, which is great for noise, and not entirely too far to walk/cab. The motorbikes made everything easily accessible. They also arranged one of their drivers to take us to the airport when we left Da Lat (at a very reasonable rate). Everything about our stay here was fantastic.

Great room on short notice”
Booked the room during the busy Tet holiday at the last minute but was very pleased with the results. Room was clean and spacious with an amazing view. Hotel is located outside of the city center, but not so remote that it takes forever to get anywhere, so it's a good place if you're looking for some peace and quiet. Will be returning on our next trip to Dalat.

Small family run hotel, by very nice people”
Pro: - Location: near enough to the center of town for you to visit, but far off on the hill guaranteeing you quiet sleep at night. - Staff is one of the nicest people I've ever met in Asia. - Extra: the stuffs that they charge in their rooms are very reasonable. For example, they charge 10K VND (< $0.50) for the instant noodle cup. That's the same price I paid in big C. Laundry is 35K VND ($.1.55) for 1 kg. They can arrange to pick you up and take you to the airport for a very reasonable price of 250K VND ($11). I paid the taxi from the airport to the hotel for 305K. So, call them if you need a pickup. - They can drive you to town for 50K vnd ( $2.25). They also have scooters for rent ranging from $4.50 - $6.50 a day, depending on which type of bike you want. Con: No ac/ heater in any room, so it can be uncomfortably cold at night. No coffee is provided in the room, only tea. No iron in the room. Hot water in room 101 runs out very fast, literally in the middle of my shower.

Worth to Stay”
Staff are friendly and helpful. Even some of them couldn’t speak English they still tried hard to help. Environment is good with a small beautiful garden and scenic view over the hill. Near to King Palace and Dalat Ancient Railway Station. Xuan Hoàng Lake is also within motorbike/car distance. Riding a motorbike to explore the city and places around Dalat is easier and interesting.

Nice new hotel, one of the best views in the city”
The hotel is quite new and staff is very friendly, helpful and speaks English very well. The location is great if you rent the motorbike, but if you are walking on foot or taxi, it could be uncomfortably long or expensive. Rooms are clean, well-furnished, spacious and with a great view. However, breakfast is poor: staff told us that it costs 45,000 VND, for this money we got bread, fruit and some water, which looked strange. When we asked for omelettes, they increased the price without warning to 55,000 VND, which is just a poor service. The motorbike they suggest for rent is very good, but again, they counted one evening and one morning as 2 days of rent, so be careful and arrange such things before accepting their service.

Leisure Place to Stay in Da Lat”
It is excellent hotel where I stayed in Da Lat for 2 days. Receptionist and boss are friendly and kind. I was late night check-in. Though for some expression in English, they can not express clearly, but with gestures and body language, no problem. Room is good, facility is complete with balcony. You can see around the countryside. Location is approx. 4KM from central Da Lat, if you have motorbike, much better. They provide motorbike rental. Note: motorbike & petrol are charged separately. If you are couples or friends together, worth it. Since it's far from downtown, so it's quiet at night, you can enjoy it. I was there in Mid- Jan. so a bit cool at night, take some thicker clothes with you. Highly recommend this hotel in Da Lat.

Clean and Quiet”
The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the main city, and has beautiful views of the rolling Da Lat hills. The staff are very friendly and the room is superb (better than the pictures). Everything is brand new. More than happy. We booked 1 night then ended up extending for over a week. Highly recommended!

Beautiful facility, room, grounds and view”
The rooms are being remodeled, so new and clean. Great value for the money. The beds are clean and bathroom stylish . It was nice to be out of the city, but that is inconvenient as you have to taxi or use a motorbike to get meals or touring. However, they do have very nice kitchen facilities for anyone who wants to do their own cooking. They have very nice motorbikes for rent and they speak some english. Would stay there again if we wanted to be away from the action.
