Nice and comfortable stay in Nice Residences hotel. The location is near with Cicada night market and just walk to the place to have a nice dinner. Another things my recommendation room is with view of swimming pool.

Great Stay”
We stayed for a night. We managed to check-in early a little past 12 noon. The location was easy to find and quiet. I love the room setting just perfect for our needs. The kitchenette was very useful and clean because their restaurant was close and we don't want to get street food. The beds are nice and comfortable. I love the bathrooms. I'm so glad they're well maintained. The rooms, fridge, cutlery, pots and etc are clean and ready to use. The plates were wrapped in cling wrap which I find very impressive. The pool is great very relaxing to hang out til late in the evening. The sunbeds are clean I'm so glad. But the receptionist should be more welcoming. They look like bored and not wanting to talk to guests. The porters and the cleaners are very helpful and friendly, They should replace the receptionists. We totally love the place so will definitely stay again.

Had a kitchenette with separate bedroom suite. Extremely clean. Good pool and gym. Good strength Wi Fi. Some minor communication issues. Some staff not spoken much English in recent years . Minor issue with only Aljezeera news chañnel in English. Would stay again. 2 separate stays this trip

Big Space, Clean & Comfortable Hotel”
Nice residence hotel Hua Hin is located slightly further away from Hua Hin Town. However, you can easily reach the town by hotel free shuttle or tuk tuk. Not so much of choices of food nearby but Cicada Market (night market) is just located 6 mins away by walking. The hotel staffs are friendly. Rooms are new and clean!

Very Nice hotel ”
We had a 2-bed room which was spacious and well equipped. Daily maid service was much appreciated. And the staff are friendly. Pool area is pleasant and relaxing. Not central Hua Hin, but we knew that when booked. Very convenient for Cicada and Tamarind night markets. Vana Nava water park is @20-min walk.

Biz Trip ”
Its a good nice and clean condotel/hotel for family and business travelers. Quiet and got a nice big pool that is almost always empty. Walking distance to the ocean and walking distance to 7-11 and Big C Express I think. I always go to this hotel for the past 2 years and everything has been the same still quite new. Internet connection is good too here.

My room was as big and always clean. The 25m pool is excellent, and the gym is good too. The hotel has lots of parking and is close to amenities. On the downside, the staff at reception were not particularly helpful on arrival, and I was disappointed to find the cafe was shut.

Nice Residence Hotel was good value. It was a good location in relation to Cicada Market and Tamarind Market. A few hundred meters to the beach. However it is on the south side of Huahin making it a good distance to the Blueport and Market Village. We had to make use of their free shuttle in town. The breakfast was decent however it was set egg breakfasts. Can be a challenge for picky eaters. A good hotel for a family with teenage children.
