The Best Hotel”
I am an experienced traveller and stay in many hotels across the world. Dream Hotel Bangkok is one of the best stays I have ever had. The staff were simply wonderful and would do anything they could to help me. A special thank you to Khanittha, who was extremely helpful in getting the information I needed for the “Test and Go” program. I liked it so much I have booked a return visit to this hotel for 2 weeks’ time and Dream Hotel is now my first choice when traveling to or through Bangkok. The rooms are large, spotless, and welcoming. The beds are super comfy, the shower has good power, the location is fantastic. Several large bottles of waters are replenished each day, the dressing gowns are comfortable, the view from the rooftop pool is fantastic. Even the laundry service is amazing with your clothes individually packaged up when they are returned later the same day. However, for all the comfort and features of the hotel, it is the staff that stand out, they made me feel so welcome, with their warm and friendly attitude, always looking to do their best to improve your stay. Thanks very much to all the staff. Anyone who is reading this review, if Dream Hotel Bangkok is in your budget, don’t over think it, just book it, you won’t be disappointed.

Actually surprised”
There's a ton of hotels in that area but as a 2nd time visitor, for the type of activities I was following, staying at the Dream Hotel was an excellent. It's literally tucked on a semi quiet street that is extremely close to the main avenue. I mean you it is so close to the Terminal 21 Mall and the subway and a ton of restaurants. Besides that, the staff was excellent. They do their best to take care of you. I appreciated the concierge and security staff - i felt that they had my back. As a solo traveler, they stated if I have any questions or doubts about anything, just let them know and the hotel staff will verify. I appreciated that. Besides that my hotel room was fantastic. I was upgraded to a business room on the 3rd floor, Extremely spacious and clean. Everything in there was perfect. Breakfast is awesome. I am glad I went to the gym before eating because it is all you can eat. I would stay there again and would list it as one of my favorites for the Sukhumvit area. .

Exceptional”
Love this hotel. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, cold air con, well stocked mini bar, cool Art Deco design, plenty of pillows, towels and toiletries, fridge, two free refillable glass water bottles as well as plastic water bottles (but you need to pay for those), awesome breakfast buffet, everything works which is rare (tv, hot water, hairdryer, bum gun) etc. This place tics all the boxes for me especially considering the location and price. The only thing I don’t love about this hotel, and it’s not their fault, is the constant sound of tuk tuks wizzing by. The hotel itself is quite, carpeted floors, can’t hear the neighbors, nobody’s partying late into the night...However, they seem to be aware of this so provide free ear plugs on the night stands. They seem to put a lot of thought into everything they do. Awesome place

An hidden Gem in Bangkok”
Dream Hotel offers a great experience to any kind of traveller. Is a 4 star hotel that in some way looks like a 5 star, in the way the staff is trained, the good quality of the facilities and the excellent quality of the buffet at breakfast. I stayed for a week and I received nothing but positive confirmation on daily basis; the staff is very friendly and professional, their English is excellent; the buffet at breakfast is very well structured and can please Guests of any nationality, good variety also for vegetarian and vegan. The pool is clean, spacious and the staff is courteous. Special mention to the Front Desk Manager Nan, she is one of a kind and was able to handle any of my request with a smile and the right solution Highly recommended !

This is my 3rd stay at Dreams with my colleagues when we come to attend conferences . We have always found the hotel excellent in terms of cleanliness, staff courtesy and an excellent breakfast spread . Very considerate to customers needs. This time we had an issue with the aircon in our room. We called the reception at 3.30 in the morning and the girl at the reception immediately organized and a technician came and got this done in 5 minutes . We had come in to stay for the 3rd time at Dreams. Always an excellent place to be in . The staff, cleanliness, courtesy and a wonderful breakfast spread. This time we had an aircon issue at 3.30 in the morning . Called the reception and the girl there promptly sent in a technician in 5 minutes and sorted the same. Always love the stay . Great hotel, great location, friendly staff, Good value for money”
Really nice comfortable spacious room! The receptionist gave me an upgrade on check in so I’m not sure what the normal room would be like. All of the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and professional. The hotel was located down a nice quiet soi but was only 5 minutes walk from sukhumvit road. Only negative point for me was the time it took to check out while they were checking my mini bar and room but I was aware that the traffic was busy and I had to get to the airport!

Outstanding Hotel and fantastic location”
This Hotel is on a side street right between Nana and Asok! Because it is in a side street you get a lower price compared to other places. I booked a suite and loved my time there. WIFI worked really well, there was fresh fruit, the bathroom had shower and tub and there were 2 fridges, air conditions and TVs. Bed was comfortable and I slept really well. To sum it up, I had an excellent time and the value and location is what stands out.

Back Again”
Well finally good to return back to Thailand after the Pandemic. I’ve stayed in the Dream Hotel many times and always find it a great hotel. Situated on Soi 15 close to all the nightlife and shops but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Staff always attentive and room was well equipped and cleaned daily. I stayed in a Gold Suite so the room was also spacious. The breakfast in the hotel was buffet pre pandemic but for now it’s à la carte Thanks again and see you soon.

Relaxing & plentiful”
This hotel has a nice location semi away from the hustle and bustle of the centre city. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff as they were courteous, kind and helpful. The breakfast was very filling offering many delicacies for all travellers. The bathroom & bedroom is clean, spacious and mattress is quite comfortable. We felt like we were at home after a 27 hour flight from the USA. When in Bangkok I would stay again at Dream-highly recommended.

Very Happy With My Choice”
Absolutely nice place, everything was great ( staff - cleanliness - location ) i didn't use the pool nor the gym so i cant comment but based on what i experienced and saw on the property i bet those are nice as well ... i just couldn't find anything to complain about, i thought for sure the mini fridge would suck ( cause no matter were i stayed those fridges are worthless ) Guess what I WAS WRONG their fridge were cold as hell .................. Best Value in Sukhumvit ”
I've visited Dream many many times and its easily the best value for money in the area. Staff are attentive, clean rooms, comfortable bed, quiet and dark for sleeping, strong Wifi, spacious rooms, 5 minute walk to shopping and transit, there are no negatives. I keep trying other hotels to see if there's anything better, but I keep coming back because there isn't. Even paying double to another hotel, I still prefer this one.

We were there for a couple of nights and really didn't have time to enjoy much of the hotel. What time we did have was perfectly wonderful. The staff was attentive and helpful, the room was clean and the location fit our needs well. The breakfast buffet was so good with more selections than one could possibly need and it was tasty. I would stay again.

Great everything, seriously, I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed, The hotel is very well located, the bar and restaurants are great and the staff are very attentive! This is now my go to hotel in Bangkok and I would find it hard to choose any other, a very solid 4* The addition of smoking rooms are great for me, very clean, great a/c, lovely pool and bar, really all you need, enjoy!

What matter, price, location or feeling welcome?”
I am convinced this is the best hotel value in Bangkok. Located near BTS Asoke station for about 50% less than other similar hotels in the area employing a staff focused on tending to your every need. For me this is the only logical choice in Bangkok. The staff brought food to my room throughout the day starting with a welcome tower upon arrival followed by cookies in the evening. These amenities did not stop on day one and continue throughout my stay. The included breakfast was not a nasty buffet with previous attendees molesting the offerings but instead is wait-staff served and is appealing, both looking and tasting. I will be back on my next venture to Bangkok.

The room is spacious with very comfortable bed and good choice of cable tv. there is a Hooters and Irish pub 50m away. would recommend booking room with buffet, value for money than order room service separate. facilities is very good.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sukhumvit Road close to Asok BTS station and other nearby restaurants. The hotel is clean and has got all necessary facilities like swimming pool and gym. The hotel is actually a two building facility with one building having the swimming and the other building having the breakfast area and bar. Try to get breakfast included in your room rate else it is expensive.

Good location as it is next to Terminal 21 and next to both Metro and BTS subway lines. Great to go to Chinatown; Central Ferry and Train Stations. Also 5 min walk to the healthland another super massage place frequented by many tourist. We got a cab to go back to Airport. The hotel staff us the cab fare to the S airport would be 400 baht. Once we got into the cab, the cab driver told us it is not 500 baht as it was drizzling. And we had to negotiate it down to 450 Baht. This left a bad taste tho it has nothing to do with the services of the hotel.

Always good to come back! The staff is very professional and efficient, from the person who opens the door for you to the managers. The rooms are nice, not huge but large enough and very comfortable. The little attentions to detail is what makes this hotel special and my preferred place to stay when I am passing through!
