Acceptable”
The floor is sticky, bedsheet have some smell. On the night, found a mouse in the room. The mouse even played on the bed beside my son before i decided to get out to the hotel. Yes, not worth it.

it just 30 minutes drive to lcct kuala lumpur. small room but still okay for us. bathroom facilities is so so but we understand we paid for what we stay. just rm room never expect too much for this price. most of the staff is indian and foreign labor. they no really can understand english but still able to communicate with them using body language and some simple english. nearby got quite a lot of mamak stall and car service center. 7-11 also just located opposite the hotel. beside hotel still got a clinic. suitable for short stay. 24hours reception can check out anytime.

Worst hotel in my life”
If you give me two options, I would prefer to sleep in my home toilet rather than sleeping in this hotel room. The pictures advertised are misleading, must be taken from a low resolution camera so that nobody can judge the reality of their room standard. Room is completely different than advertised. Upon check in I found a dead spider and some stains on the bed sheet. Don't have a separate toilet and they have partitioned it so bad with a wooden sheet to make some space for toilet. If you take shower or use bathroom, water will dribble out on the bed outside the partition. Bath fittings are opened and of very bad standard including pipes, valves, taps and a small rubber pipe(so called shower) In my opinion this hotel deserve not more than USD 5 per night. On our way from Johor Bahru to Nilai we got very tired and the only good thing about this hotel was the reception staff who allowed us to check in at 7 am. Upon checking the room, I was so shocked but didn't say anything because I had already paid through Agoda website and really needed some sleep. We were so tired but trust me, we could not sleep for next one hour because of the bad smell which was coming out from toilet. In the afternoon I decided to leave this hotel and forget about what I paid for a night. I went outside and booked another hotel, double the price but far superior than this hotel. For anyone who is thinking that this price a night is quite reasonable, but my friends trust me I would not want to pay more than USD 5 a night for this hotel. I prefer sleeping on the road. A NIGHTMARE FOR ME. Don't even want to think about it.

shabby dive, close but not that close”
room was tiny, walls are paper thin so noisy. toilet is IN the room. wanted a place close to KUL airport. But the bus takes longer to get here than downtown KL. I got zero sleep in this flop house and ended up missing my plane out. Skip it unless you have your own transport and want to attend an event at Sepang.
