When we fly visiting here in ChiangMai, we always stay here. Located in the heart of Art street of ChiangMai. Famed Nimmanhemin Street is the hip/ arts & culinary street in ChiangMai. It's brand new hotel, attentive staffs always to served you. Adjacent to "One-Nimman" the fun & cheerful community mall. Staying here on Nimmanhemin street, you can have a various & delicious meals all day in walking distance. Their rooms are so comfy & clean, well decor.

The hotel concept is lovely; hotel theme, save the world concept and also the Kokotel Sheep. Clean, nice and large room. The staff is polite and helpful. The location is not far from Warm Up or Nimmanhemin but quite far from Maya. Will go back to this hotel again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at BED Nimman. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, location was good (cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance), and just a couple of minute's walk to Nimmanhemin Road - although we could easily have taken a songthaew or tuk-tuk. BED Nimman had very clean rooms and the breakfast provided was fantastic too. One small gripe I had... If only they provided TWO room key cards instead of one, it will make everything perfect... e.g. If I had to go downstairs and my roommate was going to shower, I had to either wait till she finishes before I go as the power will be cut if I took the card, or if I did not, I may return and not be able to enter as my roommate is showering.

It is a brand new hotel in Nimmanhemin. Room is very big and comfortable plus with walking distance to all coffee shop, restaurant and mall. I had a very good stay here with friendly staff.

I chose this hotel because of its location, it's located at the heart of the happening street of Chiangmai "Nimmanhemin". The hotel is not actually on the street which could get a little busy, but it's placed at the end of 'soi' where relax atmosphere can be enjoyed. All good restaurants and bars can be reached by walking along Nimman rd. Aside from its convenient location, the hotel itself is quite small and doesn't have big ground space. The parking space is quite limited, bicycles can be borrowed for a ride in the area too. The room is furnished with good quality wooden furniture. The design is done with a touch art and Thai vintage style feeling quite homey and luxurious at the same time. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The variety may not seem a lot comparing with 5 stars hotel, but the quality some what REAL Thai cuisine. If you want to taste the real northern Thai food, the breakfast is a must. The room I stayed was a 1 bedroom suite with separate sitting area with microwave, a few plates and kettle, a sofa and TV. The bedroom has a hugh wardrobe, DVD player with good movie selection from the library. The WFI also works well. Highly recommend for anyone, except maybe family with children as there are no ground space or swimming pool.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Kantary Hills. The room was top notch (way better than the price would indicate), and customer service was great. Pool was wonderful, and so was the Jacuzzi, but water was a bit cool in the latter. The hotel restaurant was beautiful, but the food was simply not up to snuff. The location is decent, and Nimmanhemin Rd. has some other dining options (a short walk from the hotel). This place has a way to go to earn 5 stars, but it is definitely a solid 3.5 or 4.

This hotel is around 5 min walk from Nimmanhemin road and less than 10 min walk to Maya shopping mall. 24 hour free minibar is provided and breakfast is pretty nice. Staffs are helpful and friendly (they kindly advised me to use a safety locker) . The only complain is there was a strange alarm in the morning on 4th floor and was super annoying. I could not sleep any longer.

I stayed for 2 nights 2 rooms with family, facilities in room was ok, so many outlets for you to charge your devices, but some small dirty points in bathroom. However, overview of room is ok. Breakfast was nice, there are American and Thai options (buffet). The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to Nimmanhemin road. If you stay on mountain side, you might hear the plane engine quite loud, suggest to stay on city side.

great location, very convenient just a few minute walk to Nimmanhemin rd. , rooms were ok. very nice design hotel. but not enough seats for breakfast in the morning.

To be honest, this is the best hotel so far in my list because it is a perfect hotel in all aspect. They have a nice big room with a table and a big-screen TV. It has the biggest bathtub, even bigger than many 4-5 stars hotel, with a nice location that only 5 mins from Maya mall and 10 min from Nimanhemin st.

Location is the best part of this hotel. On an excellent street close to Nimmanhemin road Quiet at night. Staff never really interacted except at check-in and check-out. Clean but simple room.

Simply great. Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms are super clean, everything works, the pool is wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is extensive. Also, the bed deserves a medal. It's the comfiest thing I've slept on in years. Hands down the best place I stayed at in Chiang Mai, and cheap too! If you're considering Buri Siri, just book it. You won't regret it.

I decided to book two weeks here, got a good price from Agoda.com and I spent a little bit extra for the larger bed. The location was just perfect! I did a lot of meet ups here for the 'Digital Nomad' Community and all meets and events where very close to the hotel. Its location to the MAYA shopping mall was perfect as well, its a new hotel so most of the TukTuk's and taxi drivers didnt know the location but they all knew the MAYA shopping center and that made it really easy. Everything about the room was great, the bed was really comfortable (better than my own bed!!) The air conditioning unit was really modern and powerfull. Internet was also fantastic, I had intended on using working spaces around chiang mai but most of the time I was easily able to work in the room just using wifi on my chromebook. I often needed to do remote desktop work which can be sluggish on slow connections. but it was fine. Breakfast was great and the whole hotel in general was clean airy and very friendly. Would reccomend without hesitation!

Staying here was pretty much out of coincidence. I had stayed several nights in a cheap but rundown hotel near the Night Bazaar but didn't really like it. Also I wanted to check out the local nightclubs, but didn't want to go across the whole city by Tuk-tuk in the wee hours. I got an incredibly good deal on Agoda, and for the price everything was sooo worthwhile. The rooms are newly furnished, chic (as you would imagine a hotel in the stylish and expensive Nimmanhemin area to be), the concierge was helpful, and they have free Wi-fi, inroom DVD and a large LCD TV.

Receptionists were very friendly and the location of the hotel is very near to Nimmanhemin Rd where you could enjoy the night life. If you fly to Chiang Mai, the hotel is very near to the airport. There is a free service offered by the hotel to pick you from the airport which I really love it. Next time, if I do some business in Chiang Mai, I will stay here for sure. We stayed at dozens of super five-star hotels but in a long stay like in Chiang Mai we prefer economic choices. Baan Din Ki gives us the best value for every penny we pay. Quite room, great mountain view, best location, nice staff and strong hot shower water! What else can you expect? Perfect choice we are lucky with this hotel.

Stay with Nimman was the best hotel we stayed at throughout our travels around Thailand. The price was amazing for such a great quality place. Everything in our room, from the sheets to the bathroom, was spotless. And free minibar and waters? Yes! It is a bit of a walk to old town, but it is easy to take one of those red trucks. Also, there is a lot to do around Stay with Nimman as it is a more modern growing location. A must try in Chiang Mai is khao soi noodles!

Nice building in an old style , clean room, friendly staffs. The hotel is very quiet even it's right on a busy road of Nimmanhemin. Also easy to walk to 7-11 and some nice restaurants such as Salad concept and Tong Tem Toh (ต๋องเต็มโต๊ะ)

i really love this hotel because it's location is very good and east to access many restaurant on nimmanhemin road.you cand spend all day for eating and shopping around this area.you can go to central airport just 15 minuit by red car,woi lai walking street and thapae walking street,just 20 minuit and 30 minuit in rush hours,but if you like night life,this hotel is very close with popular pub,monkey club pub,just a few minuits walking and just 5 minuits walking to warm up pub.very great room but small.the price is reasonable.plesae do not hesitate to stay here.

Caring for the Customer Each year our family travels to Chiang Mai to renew our visas. My husband spends hours on the internet searching hotels in our price range as well as in a good location. We excitedly chose the Ibis Styles Hotel in the Nimmanhemin neighborhood. We were excited at the GREAT PRICE for the adjoining family room option with 4 free breakfasts. They also had a pool for my daughters and my husband and I to enjoy. Our reservations were for August 6-10, 2016. Upon arrival we entered the brightly colored cheery lobby (it was just as beautiful in real life as in the website photos) and were greeted by friendly employees. While my husband checked in, my daughters and I sat on fun colorful comfy chairs, ate cookies and drank an interesting herb drink. We checked into the awesome rooms and right away I noticed the “hard wood looking” floors were clean and inviting and the walls were painted and decorated nicely. Right away we loved our rooms! We loved the room sizes, the layout of rooms, the comfortable beds, pillows, shower power, the fun bathroom amenities, and the cable channel option for American news!!! The colors of the rooms were warm and welcoming and yet bright and cheery…great combination. While the family got settled in I walked to the lobby to find out where the pool was, after an 8 hour drive we were excited to go swimming. When I got to the front desk….I asked where the pool was and they showed me a sign….that said the pool would be under construction during our entire stay. My heart sank….I was so sad…we were combining a bit of business with a four day vacation. With so many hotels to choose from, the family style adjoining rooms and pool were the BIG draw for our family to book a room at the Ibis Styles Hotel. I tried to remain calm as I asked for the manager knowing that the sweet front desk folks were in no position to help me. We make a very right decision choose to stay at De Chai its one of the best stay of our one week trip in Chiang Mai. Location is perfect for us a short walk distance to the main nimman road near by many good restaurant. The staff is really well train, we are greet by a friendly bellboy upon arrival helping us wz parking and luggage. Receptionist is really professional on what she is doing, escort us to the room and give a perfect room orientation really five star service i can say but a shame i cant remember her name. Our room located on the 3rd floor overlook front street of nimman soi 11 the room is very stylish and well maintain in a good condition with all facilities you need (JBL Bluetooth is awesome) :) a small point to look at when shower in the bathtub blind that used to protect water leak out when shower has a gap and cause water splash out to wet dry areas. All in all this stay is perfect for us from arrival to departure and we will definitely come back when net visit to Chiang Mai

I was really impressed with the interior design of the hotel and surprised nobody mentioned about it with me before since I have been in Chaing Mai very often and know Nimmanhemin area pretty well. Since it's the boutique hotel, I expected that it might be suitable for the single guests more than the family with children. However, the slide from the second floor made my 4 year-old daughter very happy. It is well-designed and very safe. The staffs were really initiative and friendly especially Khun Nee who called me after we checked out about the phone we forgot in one of the bedrooms we stayed.

this is my third stay at the empire residence nimman and i was very pleased by the quality of the hotel and the convenience of using agoda. each time i have asked for a quiet room on a high floor, and each time the request has been obliged. the staff are courteous and helpful. the location is very useful for both access to chiang mai university and the shopping and restaurants on nimmanhemin road. i will stay there again and will use agoda again.

The hotel is great. But I gave "Facilities" 4-star rating because I wish the elevator was a bit bigger, that there maybe more than one elevator and that the gym was actually usable (there was one bike and some other thing, I think). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and the staff were super helpful.

Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were able to check in right away. They even gave us an upgraded room, so we got a big, cozy room with good amenities. Although the CD player was broken, we were able to use the DVD player instead. The hotel is conveniently located in the Nimmanhemin neighborhood where we found many good restaurants and cute shops within walking distance. The service is superb. All the people working there seemed very happy to help us. Another big plus is that the king-sized bed in our room was as good as the one we have at home! We will definitely return.

This is one of best hotels that I've ever stayed! very minimal, classic, modern, unique and affordable!!!! Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. Water pressure and heater went well. Receptionists were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. They will try their best to assist you! This hotel provides free snacks EVERYDAY AND 24/7!!!! AMAZING!!! what is more interesting, you can watch movies from Apple Tv. YAS!!! Its cool!!!!! they installed Apple's movies together with other typical tv channels! Brilliant!!!! location is near to one nimman and maya mall!!!!! so many shops, restaurant and cafes nearby!!!! Excellent location!!!! Definitely, I will stay at this hotel again!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality! **Please take note that this hotel doesnt have elevator but still ok because this hotel has 1 -2 floors only.

Comfortable, clean, helpful and friendly staffs, with convenient location in Nimmanhemin Road. Only the thing I think it's an obstacle for elderly and children is unnecessary step in room (403) which may cause injury who those enter the room for a few first times.

This hotel is very close to Nimmanhemin Rd. It's around 5 mins walk and very near to convenience store. The hotel is quite small the room is very clean but the blanket should be softer than this one. There is a very classy cafe and art gallery opposite the hotel call sangdee. It is so jazzy.

First, the housekeeping is flawless. The towels were clean and fresh. The toiliet was dry and super clean with no single drop of water. Their bed making skill was championed. Second, the continental breakfast is well presented with the decoration of flowers. They presented range of bread items along with latte, cappucino, americano. I also had them with hard-boiled eggs. Third, its location is convenient if you have a car or a bicycle. It’s not easy to walk to Nimmanhamin rd. Anyway, everything is almost perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed staying there so much.
