Nice place - adorable staff”

A perfect stay! Very nice an big room, very comfy bed and super clean. The breakfest options are good (you can choose between a few options) and the coffee tasty. But the best part is the staff! They have been so friendly to us and gave their best to made us the best stay possible. Thank you!! :-)

Not in the downtown”

Dont't trust the name, the hotel is far away from the downtown. It is clean and the room was comfortable. The staff is not so kind.

Acceptable”

A bit disappointed with this hostel. We arrived earlier than expected/advised so out of respect, we stayed outside for an hour. They claimed that they booked out the room we paid for. But, were the only ones on our floor. Few bugs in the room and on the bed. Not much around in the neighbourhood but close enough to bike to Trang An. We hired a bike on both days. They tried to charge us more on the 2nd day to use it for only 4 hours - we only used the bike for about 6 hours the first day. Receptionist was not warm however, they did book our trip to Hanoi.

The location is great and the gentleman running the front desk was really lovely. He gave us some good recommendations for places to eat. Great value for this place.
