Nice & quiet place. Close to nature”
This place is very peaceful and close to nature. The swimming pool is chill, surrounded with mountains. Stay here you can smell the rice and the lotus flower. Really nice trip

The place is hiden in the moutains so very close to nature, feeling pure, fresh and dramatic. Facility is basic. My son loved it so much for him feeling totally different from home. Riding a boat around the lake took us the whole morning but it was a n activity to attend to with kids. They gonna love it

Beautiful location ”
We had a very nice, large bungalow on the lake,which was clean enough and had everything we needed. The P.O.S. machine was broken, so I had to give them all my cash on arrival and go looking for an ATM, but these things happen. Our internet also went down, so the staff moved us to another bungalow. There were bicycles available to borrow for free, fishing, and a pool table. Overall, if you're looking to get away from it all, this is a great place to visit.

Excellent”
We booked this homestay on a recommendation from a friend and in location and surroundings, did not disappoint! Its nestled in the middle of nowhere outside of Ninh Binh so I could see how some people would have trouble finding it however, we booked transport from/to the train station with the homestay and had no problems (we did get a hotel staff from Hanoi call this homestay as communicating with them was not possible/we had no response on Agoda). The location of the homestay is breath taking and, with a scooter, extremely close to most of the Ninh Binh attractions (rented from the Homestay). We had booked thinking we would be on the big lake in the picture however, There are more hunts on a smaller lake just approx 100m away-still beautiful and brand new though some construction noise was not as peaceful as we expected. The interior is perfect for what we were looking for as a simple get away however, there is no AC (only fans) which was not ideal. It has been so hot here recently that the 4 fans were not nearly enough at night and we struggled in the night to sleep (only due to the heat-the room itself was comfortable and plenty of space). The family is lovely and welcoming. Easy to get along with and have a laugh. We thoughroughly enjoyed a dinner at the homestay restaurant on our last night but be aware that the prices for food and drink are very high in comparison elsewhere (but made fresh and delicious). Overall we enjoyed our stay and if not for the heat with no AC (which we understand is part of the experience) would definitely give this place a 10!

Spectacular Gem with an Unbeatable View”
This place is nestled deep in the Ninh Binh valley close to Hang Mua. Yes, if you do your market research for other places in the area, they do charge a bit more than other homestays or hostels. BUT you are paying for the seclusion and beauty inherent to the place, and NOTHING beats the view. Each room has WiFi, a mosquito net for the bed, hammock, shower/sink combo with hot water and basic toiletries. Food is nothing to write home about, breakfast is included. Staff is friendly. They offer a transfer to/from the train station for $7. Yes, you probably can get there cheaper, but their drivers know exactly where they are going, which includes a bumpy dirt road, and nothing beats that convenience when you don't know your way around yet. They also have motor bike rentals from $5-15USD/day in various states of function; all work fine for getting around Ninh Binh, just don't think you'll be winning any speed racer awards. Totally worth it! 100% recommend and would stay again.

Amazing Stay!”
Absolutely amazing stay from the minute we arrived we were able to check in fairly soon, welcomed with tea while we waited. The waterfront bungalow was amazing complimentary snacks and water refilled each day. Very clean. Best part was the free bikes spent teo amazing days biking through the valley, very relaxing. If you dont like biking or relaxing this is not the place for your as its about 10-15minutes in the middle of no where! Staff were so friendly! Get the included breakfast great options and amazing coffee! Will definitely return if back in Ninh Binh. Exceeded our expectations.

Amazing view from the rooms -> best place ever to relax after a long day. Awesome staff always smiling and available for any request. Check out at any time of the leaving day Delicious food at reasonable price. Free bicycles for rent but poor quality, I tried 5 of them before finding one correct. I would advice to take the motor bicycles. Taxi service With good price to join Ninh Binh , tamcoc,... To resume: AMAZING

Most amazing place ever”
This place is not the Ritz by any means but the staff, atmosphere, view, cottages, tranquility is just the most amazing thing we ever experienced. We would go here anytime. Some people have had problems getting a taxi to go all the way into the resort due to bad road conditions but our taxi took us right to the spot. Other people called the resort and they came and got you. The people that own the place are just so hospitable and as are the staff LOVED IT

The most incredible view! ”
We only stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer! The view from the bungalows is incredible and the family are so helpful! We used the bikes they have and only a 30 min cycle away are some of the main sites so although it’s not very close to the station I would say great location. I really would recommend staying here 😊

I am stay here one night. The next night I had to take a sleeping bus. so I got time to my extend check out time. Also when I cheak out,, I made yogurt and gave me 2 bottle water. There service was really awesome.

All about location!”
We stayed one night in this magical place and we loved it! Nevertheless, the price is on the upper side and does not fit with the service provided. Though the staff was very helpful, the warmth was missing. The food is good but nothing particular. For the price, we were very disappointed by the breakfast. The choice is limited and you can choose only one dish- again, it does not fit with the price. The motorbike rental is good. Despite the weak value for money aspect, the place is simply stunning - we hope the owners will adjust either the price, or the service level.

expensive for nothing special”
We do not recommended this place. although as on the pictures the bungalows are in a lovely lake. it's in the middle of nowhere and taxis don't go until the end so you have to walk 2km in a muddy road with your luggages. of course nobody tells you in advance but I find it very disrespectful not to warn the clients in advance (especially families with kids...) The food is not good with not a large choice of menu, and everything is in dollars of course. They cannot give any information about the transportation towards other cities. If we paid a normal price we wouldn't have said anything but we think the rooms are very expensive and it's completely overpriced for the lack of service. Sorry, but we did not enjoy our stay.
