Wonderful homestay”

I stayed at this home stay 3 nights as a solo backpacker. The location is very close to Karangasem Station (almost 1 minute to reach it out by walk). My room is very clean, cozy and the bathroom (inside the room) is also great. Mr. Agus (the owner) is super friendly, he speak English perfectly and he can guide you to Mt. Ijen or any destinations in Banyuwangi if you need it. His whole family is also warm and caring. They have good knowledge about nice destinations in Banyuwangi and surrounding area. Nitha Homestay itself is close to Boom Beach, Pulau Santen - Syariah Beach, Cemara Beach, Villa Solong Beach, Watu Dodol Beach and Bangsring Beach. I rented a motor cycle from a store beside this home stay for bike-backpacking to those beaches (I love beaches!). The price is very reasonable - include delicious breakfast every day! Wow, I highly recommend this home stay to anyone without hesitation.

Nitha and Agus are great hosts. He can arrange you the trip to Kawah Ijen. Rooms are good but really hot (miss windows). Very well situated in front of Karangasem train station.

If you plan to go to Ijen and travel by train, this homestay is a nice little place to relax. Its in front of the train station, and the homestay also has a clean warung where u can order food and drinks without having to go out. The owners are super friendly. If you want to rent a bike, theres one bike-rent shop just next to the homestay (I rented a scooter for IDR75k for one day to go to the Ijen base camps - it was a thrilling ride, make sure you fill up the fuel to the max before going, its roughly an hour ride, but the route is very straight forward) But if you are less-crazy and prefer a safer way to Ijen, the owner also does Ijen guided tour at IDR350k per person. Ill definitely stay there again if I go to Ijen and travel by train.

Best homestay I ever had”

The owner is friendly and helpful. The location is opposite the train station. There's stall in front of the homestay. You can buy drink, snack, toiletries and even food from the stall. You can also rent motor easily because the shop is just right beside the homestay. Convenient! Cheap and clean room, friendly and helpful owner, convenient location, what else do you need in a trip?

Good location”

Location is literally just outside the train Station (Karangasem) it's a good start to Ijen trip. Theres no hot water but I can't complain for the price. The place was clean and the staff (Agus) was very helpful in providing tips.

Agus and his family were very kind and helpful. He organized a tour for us to Ijen in reasonable prize and and provided everything to meet our needs. I ran out of rupiah money while staying there and his wife took me around to find where I can exchange or withdraw money even all places were closed because of holiday. We were about to miss the train to Ferry port to Bali and his wife helped us to get on the train on time. The location is just 100 meters from train station. Please come stay here and you will not be disappointed

Amazing host, amazing experience at Mt. Ijen ”

Agus is such a great host and made me feel so comfortable communicating with me every step of the way whenever I needed. He was very honest with from the get go and he was accommodating to everything I needed. The banana pancakes are amazing and such a treat after seeing Mount Ijen! His guide was awesome and very caring as well. I could not have chosen a better tour. Thank you Agus!

Cheapest place with good location”

Located at train station, 50m opposite. Good for short stay for people who like to saving money as much as possible. I booked this for 4 hours only at night. Have no normal blanket, only like second bed sheet. Room is very simple, no hot shower, no anything. But as i said, this placr only to stay for few hours or night, i didnt expected much from this place. Good choice.

Ultra convinient and the greatest bang for your buck for people looking to stay one night while waiting for ijen. Also has delicious home cooked food just infront and owner speaks good english.

NO VENTILATION! SO HOT! NO PLUGS ”

The room is enough if you need stay only one night, It is very hot! You have a fan but the humidity is unbearable and the bathroom is very small! YOU DO NOT HAVE PLUGS, only one that you need for the fan. The people who attend there are very friendly! It's breakfast is very complete

Cheater”

on the day of check out they cheated me. the family running the property is well behaved and the person running the property named Aguss is welcoming, and he agreed that his father would carry me on his motor bike upto the ship for my onward journey to bali. the agreed price was 20000 IDR reasonable for about 4km ride. but to my surprise his father charged me 50000 IDR. he didn't pay any heed to my plea and forced me to pay 50000 IDR. on reaching my destination in bali I emailed Aguss about the cheat. but did not answer.

The room is super hot. Stayed for 4 hours before Ijen but the room needs ac. Couldnt get any rest.

La chambre est très sommaire et la propreté de la douche laissait à desirer mais c'est éclipsé par la gentillesse d'Agus qui est prêt à tout pour vous aider. En face de la gare ferroviaire parfait pour partir vers d'autres horizons.

新しく清潔。ただし、部屋にはテーブルすらない。親切。当然ポットなどもなく、頼むとお湯をカップに部屋まで運んでくれた。朝9時15分のsurabaya行きの電車に急遽変更したが朝食をおべんとうにしてくれた。ツアーは一人60万だったがガイドも大変いいかた。2人専用で満足な内容でした。オススメします。

駅前にあるのでとても便利です。 建物はまだ新しく清潔です。ベッドの寝心地も良かった。 おすすめします。

外南梦宜珍火山之旅”

旅店就在外南梦火车站出口对面，一出站口就能看见，位置十分好。店主会提前邮件与住客联系到达时间，并能站口接站的，非常安心。最重要是旅店老板一家十分友好，不仅能笑脸相迎亲切问候，还给我提供宜珍火山的详细介绍，在这里可以搭乘老板的私家便车出发游玩宜珍火山，因为出发宜珍都是要半夜出发的，所以游玩回来后，便能享用旅店提供的免费早餐，接着补眠，哈哈。反正店主一家人真的十分友好，下次再来外南梦一定继续入住，游玩宜珍火山的。好评👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

抵达当天的晚上即可前往伊真火山看蓝色火焰，然后中午以前回来睡觉，旅馆有小商店，小餐厅。距离火车站0米，也有小公交去港口（轮渡去巴厘岛）
