Lovely location. The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities you need (bonus for Sky and free wifi). The hosts were lovely, keeping you in the loop regarding parking permits etc. checking we arrived fine. Just really nice genuine people.

Parking is a very strategic mission. This is nothing to do with the property or the hosts, unfortunately the popularity of the place has caused the parking to become tricky even with a permit. There is a car park very close to the property which is reasonable priced.

Perfect Pet-Friendly Holiday Apartment.”

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, first time was pre-lockdown last March. Great location at Westcliff, nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle in the middle of town but easy to walk everywhere and very near to the sea front and beach. Lovely cosy 2-bedroom pet friendly first floor flat. Everything is very clean and the owners explain clearly the covid measures they have taken to keep guests safe. Great communication also from the hosts both after booking and also during our stay to check we had arrived safely and everything was ok.

There’s nothing to dislike. It’s everything you need in a holiday apartment. Excellent all round. If you had mobility problems then it wouldn’t be the accommodation for you you but for us it was perfect.

Excellent location with good facilities nearby. Pannett Park has a great playground, the leisure centre is very close with a good swimming pool, and the beach is only a few minutes away (down steep path!) The apartment is very well presented, clean and comfortable.

A sharp knife/breadknife needed in the kitchen! Dining area rather cramped though with only 3 of us we managed ok - would have been hard for 4 people.

No place I'd rather be except No3 by the sea in Whitby”

From 1st communication to day of arrival to even a friendly message to find out if everything is OK during our stay, I doubt you could find any faults with the owners. The apartment is well laid out, it's Warm, cosy and the kitchenette was manageable (and it even has a dishwasher) . I believe if it where not for the restrictions due to covid a lot more provisions would be provided. Being Pet friendly may put you off as the smell of wet dog is not very nice, but here you will not find any such thing the place smells beautiful. Our Honeymoon was cancelled this year and we have booked here again for it. If that alone does not speak volumes about this place nothing else I say will. Thank you Jonathan and Nicola for a wonderful stay and we are all looking forward to returning in June. X

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Great communication from the owners.

Some of the fittings could do with replacing. The tie backs in the front room kept coming away from the wall and someone has used blue tac to try and fix it. Also the mirror in the twin room needs replacing.

Beautifully decorated & furnished, bright and airy. The beds are very comfy (mind the sharp corners 😄) and the bathroom is amazing. Lovely sea view from the bedroom. Quiet street location, close to the beach & town centre.

Very clean and fresh everything you could need in the apartment , even phoned to let us know apartment was ready early if we wanted to go in early , everything went very smoothly thank you had lovely time

Only thing for us was we are ust to a king size bed but everything else about the apartment was fantastic
