I booked a double pod (2 beds bunked) for a quick overnight stay as we had a flight that got in at 1am but check in at our hotel in Hanoi was not until 11am. Because of our unconventional arrival time, I made sure to message the hotel through the Agoda app to make sure our arrival and checkout times would be okay. I received an approval message in return. However, upon check-in, the hostess insisted our check-in time was not until 12PM that day... which of course would defeat the purpose of the booking entirely. After some back-and-forth and me showing her evidence of my confirmation (which she took a picture of), she finally showed us to our pod. I appreciate her being accommodating and taking the time to figure out the miscommunication, but if my message correspondence was recieved by someone else, there definitely needs to be more communication on their end so that I wasn't inconvenienced when I arrived. Overall, it's a lovely, comfortable little pod that's just perfect for a few hours stay. There's complimentary water, snacks, and combs inside, and plenty of outlets for charging electronics. The restroom is the shared public restroom right across from where the pods are located. Unfortunately, there are no shower facilities. The ability to shower would've been the icing on the cake. Despite, the minor hitch at check-in, we enjoyed our stay and felt it was definitely a great value for the cost!

This is the 2nd time I travelled in Việt Nam.And I'm feeling very comfortable when staying at Noi Bai Dragon hotel.It's new hotel, everything is also good.Free pick up.I would like to recommend this hotel to all transit cases in Noi Bai airport.

If you need to stay near the airport for a short time, i highly recommend this place to you. To find a hotel outside you need to go quite far away. So maybe staying in the airport will be better for you. This place is safe , clean with reasonable price !

Hotel with big room and big bathroom, which clean also. Location of thia hotel near to the Noi Bai International airport, just 5 minutes with taxi. So no need to hurry go to the airport. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Recommended hotel for transit !

Very near to Noi Bai airport. Friendly staff Nguyen had helped me to arrange for airport pick up. The room is nice & clean. Will be back again during my next trip.

We stayed here for a couple of days and we are very much happy to stay in this hotel. The following are the reasons why we love this hotel and would love to come back. 1. The hotel is just few kilometers from Noi Bai Airport 2. The hotel has free pick up at the airport when you would inform them about your arrival in advance. 3. The staff can speak very good English and would help you in anything that you need durinf your stay. 4. The hotel is very new and its amenities are just beyond from what I expect.

We had a 24 hour lay over at Noi Bar Airport and did not fancy going all the way to Hanoi City nor spend all those hours at the airport. The General Manager/owner, Nguyen Dinh Guan, who is a very friendly guy fetched us from the airport. Chio hotel was just five (5) minutes away and the room was very spacious and had all the amenities including internet TV which helped us to pass the time. There are a couple of cafes around the hotel where we had our dinner. Breakfast was basic and Guan sent us back to the airport the next morning. This hotel is good if you have an early morning flight to catch and if you need a clean bed and shower.

We stayed near Airport because we don't want to miss the flight. The hotel locate at quite place, there are not many place to eat or go around. The room is very clean and hot water is very reliable. They have free breakfast but we woke up too late so we missed it. We took a private car to Hoang Kiem lake and it costs about 550.000 vnd. If you want to stay near the Noi Bai airport, this is definitely the best place.

What do you need on a long layover? Clean inexpensive room, friendly staff and proximity to the airport. Family Transit got it all. Given the choice between 7-hour and 18-hour layovers we chose 18 hours and didn't regret it a bit. Noi Bai's new terminal, while new is still terrible and inconvenient, so rather than spending 7 hours there, we got to the hotel, got their cab service to drive us to Hanoi for nice dinner and a walkabout and got back to have a solid night of sleep before boarding the plane. Very friendly and attentive staff, really close to Noi Bai's new Terminal. Note: Taxi drivers at Noi Bai will hate your guts for such a short ride (it's less than 1km from the terminal) and will try to either screw you for money or just dump you on the side of the road. They DO get aggressive. So make sure to request a transfer service to the hotel.

This hotel is only 1km away from Noi Bai International Airport. I chose this hotel almost instantly because I arrived at airport late near mid-night through Agoda.com The location is good for the business man to stay and I paid only 20000 VND (1 US dollar)by Grab taxi. In case it is possible to walk to hotel from the Airport but not in hot weather. The hotel room was spacious and clean with large Double bed. The rooms fare was around 14 US dollars. If you have very late arrive at Noi Bai Airport you can stay safely in this hotel.

The time I booked it online, I was skeptic. I can't find any photo of the hotel, no website and can't contact thru their landline. So when we arrived I was already preparing myself to look for another hotel nearby since our flight arrived at 2am. But when we got their, the staff or owner welcomed us with a smile. And he knows all the info of our booking. Even the note about the late booking. The room was clean, huge bathroom as well and thick windows so you wont here the traffic outside. If we will go back to Hanoi, we will definitely book this hotel again and will definitely recommend this to friends as well.

Everything is perfect except for the location. It’s 2-3 min away from noi bai airport but grab/taxi drivers find it very hard to locate even if we showed the address already.

Suitable for me as i needed to get to the industrial Park. Managed and run by a couple who can speak english. Location is pretty deep in and you need the Owner to guide you or call an uber for you to get in and out of the place. Breakfast, room and the wifi are all good.

It's a clean budget airport hotel, nothing much more to say. It's a little difficult to find and the taxi driver claimed to not know where it was and wanted to drive around the general area for a bit but we refused and got out and walked - only to discover his taxi rank was just around the corner from the hotel. (It's on the main road that runs parallel to the airport road , not in the warren of roads in between where a lot of other hotels are). The owners son? speaks a little english and he offers an airport drop off for $4 (which includes the airport $1 fee) If you have an early flight it's a good option.

This is my first time sleeping at a hotel near the airport. Staff very enthusiastic and room very clean, nice, full . I will just return to this hotel. ( khách sạn rất đẹp và sạch sẽ, chủ khách sạn nhiệt tình. Sẽ quay lại khách sạn lần sau. )

This hotel is very close to the airport. It didn't cost much to get there from the airport by taxi. It is very good for people need to stop over for a transit flight. The hotel is clean and room is okay, very good value. I was surprise it's so cheap to stay somewhere which close to the airport. Staff are friendly. I will stay there again next time.

This was a basic clean hotel only for one night to catch an early flight. I caught the bus to the airport and walked to the hotel. It is about twenty minutes. I informed agoda but think they had the hotel on the wrong side of the main road. So got slightly lost in what looked a poorish area. Someone called the hotel while I drank tea. I thought this is going to cost me. It was just a kind gesture while someone picked me up from the hotel. The hotel was ok for one night. Very little food around the area but had a noodle breakfast for 10000 at a stall set up for construction workers. They are building a new terminal. I walked to the airport which is down a busy dual carriage way but there are loads of taxis. Hotel was quiet, could not get wi fi to work but guessed the password for next doors wi fi. Shower worked fine, so overall a good very basic choice.

Hands down, this is the best place to stay near the airport. Send an email and they will pick you up for a nominal extra charge ($3) (our driver waited an HOUR for us to clear customs and collect our baggage without a wimper!) English speaking staff, comfortable clean room, charmingly decorated with rose petals on the towels artfully arranged on the bed. Lots of towels, even hand towels! Large shower, lovely clean white sheets and duvet, and a quiet restful night before taking off again. Couldn't believe it for the price. If you want to go into Hanoi, or to HaLong Bay, or to Big C/MeLinh Plaza for shopping, they will also arrange transport for that. We will certainly plan to stay here next time we are transiting through Hanoi.

I asked for hired the car with the driver how much per day? The hotel owner said USD20, but after return she asked for another USD10 more, then I said I would like to call the police to talk about this, then she ketp quite about it and walk away! Please do not stay at this hotel, if u plan for a trip in this city.

We were arriving after midnight to Noi Bai airport and needed rest before moving to an apartment an hour away. The Family homestay did not disappoint. Our room was upgraded to two large beds! Despite the place being older is was still clean, no odd smells. Breakfast was good and the wifi fast. Across the street is a market where we got fresh local fruit and veggies. The owner helped us with getting us the rest of the way to our final destination. Nothing but positive impressions or the cost. I would recommend for anyone overnighting or that has an early flight. Just make sure you have a map marked for the place as some taxi drivers may not know the area.

You get what you paid. Ask for drive from airport, owner is kind. The location on Agoda used to be wrong on right side from airport highway. Hotel is on left side! Owner is working on correction. Could be useful if you walk during night and nobody from others hotels dont want help you because of their business. Be carefull of Friendly Airport Hotel, they will say that your hotel doesnt exist.

I checked in my colleague at this airport hotel. Hotel was located along the main road, with other hotels. From outside, think next door Dragon airport hotel looked newer. Reception and check in was good, even though we arrived after midnight from Danang. From domestic airport, quite far. So better to take a taxi $2.5. Room was ok, with TV, air con, wifi. Even though map showed 800m from International airport, its better to take a taxi at $2.5. Otherwise, walkable along the main road to the International airport. This hotel good for overnight stay only.

Just take a Taxi to Ha Noi. unless you are a transfer passenger and are waiting for the next plane.

I do recommend this hotel if you're looking for cheap and located near the Airport. We walked airport to this hotel and it took 25 minutes with our heavy baggage. The bathroom was clean and we had a hot shower and refrigerator in my room. (According to my friends who stayed in another room, they didn't have refrigerator. ) The staff was so kind. Even though they are not very good at English, they gave me an advise where to buy what I wanna buy. I wanna stay here again if I visit Hanoi next time.

One of the cheapest hotels near Noi Bai Airport. More than 2km from Domestic and 1 km from International Terminal. Not easy to book taxi as it's too near. Old hotel, smelly and hard mattress.

There were no cons, only pros to Viet Hotel Noi Bai. Room and bathroom were both very large, super clean, comfortable, had several amenities. Owners provided help with airport transit. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and upon arrival so helpful. Vietnam hotel is a perfect place for an airport layover as it is so close. Not only do I recommend it, I would stay there again.
