Comfortable short stay in Paddington ”
I stayed for 2 nights which is quite close to Paddington station within 5 to 10 min walking distance. I arrived at Heathrow at 8pm but queued up for immigration for 3 hours, so arrived hotel very late at 1130pm. Location is good and easy to reach after taking Heathrow Express, McDonald was still open on my road from station to hotel, and I could warm food under such a cold night. The breakfast is very good and delicious. Staff are nice and friendly. Although the bath tube is small, but it's clean. The only demerit was a bit cold in the room which the heater is not sufficient for warming up the room.

Close to Paddington Station which is connected to a few important tube line to get around london. Use Norfolk square instead of going around on the side as there will be less pedestrian traffic and easier to bring your shopping and luggage to the hotel

Pros: nice clean room, friendly and professional staff - reception staff, breakfast staff and maintenance guy (fixed the room safe). Breakfast very good. Location close to Paddington train station. Lots of cafes and pub/restaurants nearby. Cons: small room being London of course - I am 5'11' and my feet hung off the end of the bed. One small elevator. If that breaks down and you are on a higher floor there is no chance of moving a suitcase up/down the steep and narrow stairs.

Great location near Paddington for Heathrow trains, regional trains and tube. Nice neighbourhood. Lots of food choices around. Hotel is recently renovated in a modern style. Room was a typical London smallish room but fine for one person on business. Renovated bathroom, comfy bed. Great price for London.

2 night stay”
Hotel was great, and fantastic location. One downside was that the room is Extremely small. We were there as 2 friends with big suitcases so very little space to live around the room, and not enough room to get changed in the bathroom. Other then the small room, we loved it. The bed was sooo comfy.

It was my second time and this hotel and it is a Good place to stay. Only issue is that i specifically requested a room on a higher floor and i was told that there is only one room available for me next to stairs and nothing else.

Front reception services can be better and more helpful. My friend asked for direction to Harrold and the front desk told him to walk to Paddington Station to ask the staff there. While I had a brief annoying conversation with front desk during check-in. Room was small and you basically have to squeeze between the toilet seat and door to get out of the toilet. We all showered in cold water on our first night at 10 degree outside. Hotel restarted the water heater the same night and we managed to shower with hot water on 2nd night. Breakfast spread and service was decent. There are plenty of hotels near Paddington Station. You should explore better choices.

Overall hotel was ok. Lots of issues with water supply and no updates when the water would stop. Rather disappointing. Breakfast could be altered every few days. As there is a cook surely some variety can be offered. Main areas are a little tired decoratively. Had to change room as heating wasn’t working. Staff friendly. Good location but expensive.

Receptionists at check in and check out we're not helpful. It felt like I was interrupting their day. Very good quality breakfast, room (exec twin) was a bit small but hotel had a great location for train/tube for us.

I paid for this as a treat for my partner's birthday. With expectations of a 4-star hotel and a good price in those eyes, but I thought it would be a great treat. Upon arrival, our room was ready early which we had previously rung up to ask if we could have it from 2 rather than 3. The room itself is small, one of the smallest hotels I have ever been in and the bathroom was also small to the point that getting in and out was awkward. Complimentary shampoo/conditioner, a bar of soap, shower caps, and moisturizer was provided however no shower gel which we haven't encountered staying at a hotel before. The bed itself was a very good size and comfortable and the room very clean. There was, however, construction work right outside our window and we weren't warned that we would be woken up at 8AM the next day by drilling outside our window or a fire alarm test going off at 9AM. Some of our facilities didn't work including the TV remote, Air Con and the wifi itself was very slow to the point we had to use our phone data.

Nice hotel but disappointing room”
Disappointed! Arrived to my room to find the double i booked was actually a twin with an adjoining room door that did not lock! When i saw staff the girl assisting me said the bed is what it is as "that is what their paperwork said" even after showing her my booking confirmation. I said i'd get over the bed but i was not staying in a room with an adjoining room door that did not lock, she did not want to move me and did not have a solution. After again stating i do not feel safe as a solo female traveler sleeping in a room a stranger can walk into another member of staff told her another room to give me. Still a twin but was not adjoining. I was happy with that. Until i checked out the following morning and they wanted to charge me an additional $180AUD for a "room upgrade". The male staff member that morning quickly cancelled the charge when i told him why i was moved, thankfully! That was not something i wanted to deal with at 4.30am. Overall lovely hotel and rooms, just disappointed
