Holiday Stopover”
We have stayed here a number of times pre holiday flights, rooms are comfortable & quiet & the food is very good. Transfers are smooth, reliable and friendly. If you are flying from Glasgow it just saves the worry of travelling on the day of your flight & works out not much more expensive than parking your car for two weeks.

Staff excellent but hotel bedrooms are dire Needs upgrading and deafening Heard everything from other room ( a hen party) The rooms ar very small No room to put cases down The guy receptionist was excellent as was the young lady who was in charge of the restaurant was very helpful When the chef closed the kitchen early she managed to get my husband and I something to eat Receptionist said restaurant served till 9 pm and we went in at 8.15

No go hotel”
Still had an old 3 round pin plug in room. No on/off switch for bedside lamps. Fire alarm went off around 6.15am. Was a false alarm. Only staff member was with fire brigade, no other staff member to guide customers. We certainly won’t be staying there in the future.

The bedroom furniture was very old and tatty. Guests and staff were standing outside main reception smoking and language was choice. The restaurant was lovely. We were supposed to go back the following week but didn't go back

The hotel is looking very tired and worn , the carpets are threadbare , the lift is clunky ,jerky and old feeling , the rooms are tired , with the furniture that's been there since the 80s . There were spider webs above the doors , mold in the bathroom , bulbs needing replaced . The lighting in the room was a desk lamp and an IKEA up lighter floor lamp , no ceiling light ! There was a strange smell in the room when we arrived , musty ! The hotel is basically set up for stag and hen parties , tribute nights etc ! Which is fine, however anyone not at these events , and paying quite an expensive price for one night room only , it's very disappointing. The noise from these parties continuing in the rooms till well after 2 o'clock was dreadful . Outside the main entrance was constantly full of drunk smokers , making lots of noise ! It was the worst night in a hotel we've had in years , and won't be using that hotel again .

Very Old, Eerie, Airport Pick Up Unavailable ”
The hotel is very old, furnitures, carpet are very old and has a smell. The hotel also does not offer airport pickup which is misleading as the site said they do. For the additional taxi cost (£11 each way) it is better to stay in other airport hotels (would still sum up the same considering taxi costs)

Hidden gem”
Cheap, clean and lovely food & staff - what else could you want starting your holiday ? Some reviews say they’d rather stay in again cider hotel - do it then but cost of the Normandy speaks for itself. Rooms are dated but spotless, your parking and transfer. is included & the minibus drivers are lovely. 5 minutes to airport, food in the hotel is lovely and staff couldn’t do enough for you!! WELL DONE NORMANDY you start our holidays off in a great way 💗

Excellent location to Glasgow Int Airport ”
This was a budget hotel with a 5 Star service. I couldn't believe how little I paid for the hotel and that it included car parking and an airport shuttle service. We also eat in the hotel and the food was very good. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel if you are flying from Glasgow International airport and have an early morning flight.

Perfect stay”
This hotel is in a perfect location close to the airport and they provide car parking whilst your on holiday. They will also drop you off and collect you from the airport 5 mins away. The room we had was small but big enough and was clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and shower was good also. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Ignore any bad reviews as this hotel is spot on. We will definitely return here on our next holiday ********

This hotel is ideal if you have early flight from Glasgow, free parking and transfer to and from airport. Great prices, friendly staff however rooms are a bit dated. Although there was a tribute night on and hotel was busy it was not noisy

Staff are great”
Stayed at the hotel on the 24th April for one night Inc breakfast, what can I say, we arrived at 8pm at night, nothing was a issue, we were told clear instructions on parking the car and regards breakfast and given options on times to the airport. In the room, it was Very clean, TV with many channels, water was powerful at hot in the shower, bar area looked nice even though we didn't have a drink, but it did look inviting. Breakfast had many choices and catered for everyone. Transport to the airport was very good, the lady driver was very welcoming and explained where to go. All in all, a very professional hotel that caters for everyone. We are booked in again on our return.

Useful as an airport hotel”
The hotel is fine as an option for the night before or after a flight to/from the Glasgow Airport. But I woujldn't recommend it for anything longer than a 1-night stay. Clean and comfortable but upkeep is marginal (cracked walls and tub, very spare decorations, etc.). Food is also OK for dinner, better for complimentary breakfast.

This is a basic hotel so if your looking for a Hilton @ this price look again. Staff are so helpful, rooms spotless but basic with tea/coffee facilities etc, free secure parking, restaurant well priced and food lovely, bar again reasonable and to top it off you get a lift to and from airport included. Staff make this a fab start to your holiday
