Second time staying at this hotel and am looking forward to my next stay. The staff is very friendly and attentive, it is clear the management wants to make a positive mark on their customers. There is a nice roof top pool and lounge, perfect for unwinding after a long day and the Car Bar on the ground floor is fun place to hang out for happy hour. The location in North Pattaya is great, just a couple minute walk to the beach or catch a Tuk Tuk in front of the hotel to explore the city.

Great location to go around North Pattaya area. We were very impressed with the sheer size of the room, hugh bathroom and big comfortable beds and pillows. Although breakfast was not included in our package, the hotel is so close to La Baguette around the Dolphin rotunda where they serve great breakfast. After Tiffany show, we were able to have dinner at Terminal 21 that's so close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating providing us with all the informative we asked. Our only wish is they would invest in new towels. their towels were no longer white. But all in all, we shall choose this hotel again next time we return to Pattaya.

A luxurious hotel, with fantastic lobby. Nice room too. Pools were good, but the one that uses salt water had scum collecting in the corners so we did not use that. Main pool is very very nice. One tip: you can access the beach front road 24 hours a day by a gate near the pool. Saves a long walk round or you may only discover all the shops, restos and facilities by the big roundabout outside the hotel, here in north Pattaya. Wifi was good. But for a great hotel chain, offering you a voucher for a welcome drink, explained as a soft drink and finding it was Thai herbal tea (yuk) was a bit mickey mouse. I messaged customer services but didnt get a reply addressing it. Just don't offer the voucher.

very good hotel in a quiet location in north pattaya,far enough away from the action re;bars /girls etc. yet close enough and accessable.tesco walking distance ,bike hire across the road,bus station down the road and fairtex muay thai close by.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Pattaya as regards value for money. The other hotels I have stayed in North Pattaya and "up on the hill" don't match up to the quality package on offer with this hotel. I'd strongly recommend it for anyone who enjoys lazy days by the pool since the pool is great. I shall return to this hotel if I ever return to Pattaya (i.e. since I prefer Phuket / Koh Sumai).

This is a very new hotel and the room I had looked as if nobody had even used it before it was that neat and tidy! I chose this hotel as the other three properties I usually stay at when visiting Pattaya were all full (Chinese tour bus groups - the worst!!). Lucky for me as it allowed me to try this new property and boy was I glad I did as it was so peaceful and serene. Didn't see one other guest there and only one other car in the car park beside mine (which is underground below the hotel). The big drawback was the water was not as hot as international hotel chains. This is very common in Thai hotels catering to a Thai clientele. The managers/owners just do not understand that Europeans demand HOT water - I want my skin to be red when I get out of the shower/tub and the SN hot water was only lukewarm. Other than that, I can't find any faults. The tile floor in my room was so clean you could see your reflection in the shine. The bed was soft and came with 4 fluffy pillows and the towels had a great laundry aroma as well. The even give you two complementary toothbrushes in case you left yours at home. This is one of those places you really don't want to review and just keep for yourself but I owe it to them to provide some kudos as I was so impressed with their property. Great job, hope you keep up the standards I'll be back for my next trip to Pattaya.

This Hotel is part of a Pattaya Hotel group with four hotels in the same North Pattaya area. Other than the terrible old fashioned key lock on a wooden door to the hotel room, the hotel offers a great value. Excellent bedding, linens and towels in this price range. Nice pool, good quality breakfast with polite staff who do understand English. Plenty of signage in Russian, Thai and English. Two well maintained elevators. Strong WiFi on the 5th floor.

J inspired hotel is a very good hotel in North Pattaya. The price was cheap ,1600 THB per night, for the big room which equipped with everything we needed including a microwave oven and sink for some cooking as a long term staying.

Before we booked I researched all the reviews of different Hotel and decided on The Green Park Resort which is located in North Pattaya off a side street near the Dusit round about. A 10 baht bus ride gets you into central Pattaya from the top of the road. If you are looking for all the action on your door step this is probably not the hotel for you, it is more suitable for families with its quiet relaxing environment. We really enjoyed our stay, the huge swimming pool/(plus children’s pool) were set in peaceful, very beautiful tropical grounds . The staff we found were very friendly and eager to please with plenty of smiles Our room was a superior ground floor room at the far side of the resort and the balcony looked out on the tropical garden, not that far away from the pool. The room was ok, clean and well serviced everyday. Breakfast buffet was available 7am to 10am, with quite a good variety, maybe cooked tomatoes and pancakes for us westerners should have been on the everyday selection instead of occasionally- but overall good. On the days we were in we enjoyed the swim up bar for a hamburger lunch which worked out about 109 baht, and a cocktail $283 baht for 2. I know in Patong it was a lot more expensive. Yes we would recommend this Hotel and we have no hesitation of staying there again.

This is a good hotel in north Pattaya very close to just about everything you need. Terminal 21 is about a 5-6 minute walk . The staff are great with a special mention To FERN who helped with many inquires.

New budger hotel in north Pattaya close to everything with clean rooms and good services for the price you pay. Private car parking . Single friendly .

we found a hotel with fulfil our needs. this 3 star hotel is perfect for couple or family. room is big enough to stay 3-4 persons. we got a double bed and a single bed in deluxe room with pool view. the room was clean. a lot of room facilities are in the room, include some superwares, and also a microwave. hotel locates in north pattaya which easy to go everywhere with our car. we love swimming pool, sauna, and stream room.

The Woodlands Resort Hotel is in a good location on the main road in North Pattaya. Out of the hustle, bustle & noise of more central areas but an easy taxi trip to those same attractions when required. Downside is, there are no sea or scenic views and North Pattaya beach is approx 300yds away down a back road. However the Hotel has excellent leisure facilities on site; choice of 3 swimming pools, spacious lounge and communal ares. The catering is spot on especially the buffet breakfast. I would not hesitate to recommend the Woodlandsd to all.

I liked this hotel for a few reasons. Check in was easy. I had booked a superior balcony king bed but was given a poolside room. It didn't bother me as it was very nice and only a few steps from the pool and I didn't have to climb any stairs, which could've been difficult after a big night out. Location was very good for me, as I like the north Pattaya area. This is a new hotel and everything was clean. Special thanks must go to the room maids, as I always woke up late in the day and they had to wait for me to clean the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel.

This is the second time i can recommend this hotel.Situated in north pattaya on 2nd road (5 min to beach). OK its a bit dated but clean, quiet and easy going. Mainly repeat western european customers, aged 40 plus.. The highlight is still the relaxing gardens and huge pool. Polite and helpful staff, who all speak English. Some rooms have been repainted and refurnished, but only to a moderate standard. The breakfast is so so, but the pool bar food is still good and very reasonably priced. Overall still a good value budget hotel in the quieter end of pattaya.

Hotel is good location in North Pattaya. Near Pattaya city hall , Tesco Lotus, Dolphin Monument. Good In transportation. Good Hotel in my heart for the 2-3 times past in 2 years ago. but the last time (July 2, 2017) , Hotel Security is weakness (two persons has come to my room at 01.00 am. - a sleep time ). Why two persons is not customer up to the hotel building? I don't understand. My question has sent to the hotel for 1 month ago but not response to me.

The resort is located in North Pattaya which is somewhat isolated from the craziness of Central and South Pattaya. Public transportation is always available just a few feet away from the resort entrance. The resort is quite big with a nice pool in the centre. We had a bungalow in the back area which was very nice, surrounded by much greenery. The staff was always pleasant and willing to help. We ate many meals at the resort restaurant, including breakfasts, and found the food to be of good quality and quantity. Based on our personal experience, we certainly recommend the resort for a pleasant stay in Pattaya.

after reading other reports i was not too sure if to book or not but got such good price i took it on. im glad i stayed here. every pattaya hotel ive stayed in has an issue of some kind. i think somepeople need a good shake,theres nothink much wrong with this place.

Even though the location is not by the beach or the popular Pattaya walking street, the overall standard of the hotel facilities and an excellent service from the staff was second to none. The room is very nice and clean with a good size pool. Shuttle bus is also available right in front of the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel and be staying here again.

The resort is wonderfully located close to all that Pattaya has to offer including walking distance to the fabulous Terminal 21. On site facilities are fabulous including a lovely bar/ cafe style restaurant which was very reasonably priced. The resort/villa is immaculately kept and tranquil despite being close to Naklua Road, it is not overlooked by any high rise buildings and has very much a tranquil Thai island feel about it. We highly recommend the resort and will definitely be returning.

The space is dated, though as stated "LOTS of space!" The bedroom is very large! The living room/kitchen is larger! The water in the bath is hot/cold on off. The security cameras are on downstairs, but the door locks are NOT secure and there is No in room safe. However, the staff seem Very trustworthy, so probably not a worry. Had to have my hot thermos replaced cause it would not heat or pump. The replacement worked fine. AirCon was good once I learned how to adjust it down. Excellent location! Good local restaurant on the corner of North Pattaya Road. Right across from the new Terminal 21 Mall! Excellent market /wine selection at the Dolphin Circle roundabout.... with a 7 Eleven on the way! Very REASONABLE price for the space you get!

During a short stay in Pattaya North I stayed at Le Bali Resort. I felt the staff gave me that little extra for me to relax. My room was excellent, stylish with both shower room and bathtub. The food was good and I did have a breakfast buffet that was perfect for me who like to sit for a while and plan the day. A Spa and a small fitness room are also available, which was open late in the evening. The two pool areas are available and were appreciated by many guests. There is a small night market next to the hotel, otherwise you need a shuttle to central Pattaya if you want a nightlife.

Very nice place. Room great . Very clean. My room was located on the east side of the Building. Near there was a noisy Pub that played loud Music until late at night and early morning there were noisy cocks screaming outside. Nice pool. Location near North Pattaya road, easy to catch Tuk Tuk from there to Beach road.

The facility itself is excellent. staff are accommodating and polite. Clean, tidy and no complaints in terms of service. However, to arrive on the Friday night only to be forced out four days later due to not having a single nights sleep because of two birds incessantly screaming throughout the night. Brought to the attention of the staff only to be told “cannot do”. If this problem had been resolved the stay would have been perfect. Fairtex also refused to refund any money, which is appalling based on the fact that I had travelled there to train in Muay Thai, yet because I had a cumulative total of 8 hours sleep over 4 days I was too exhausted to do anything. My choice was to either sleep through the day and waste my holiday, or to endure sleepless nights. Unfortunately this became too much and we moved hotels.

Included breakfast is the best I have ever had. Excellent buffet dinner each night for very good price. Located in North Pattaya, but very easy to get anywhere in town. The new mall is just across the street. 70m shaped swimming pool is incredible and the grounds are beautiful and very well kept. All the staff were wonderful to me and I was upgraded for my room. I will be a regular guest when I am in Thailand.

Close to 2nd Road, Big C, Terminal 21 this Hotel is the best. 2 7/11s & Family Mart across the road & FREE golf cart shuttle service to take you to the beach or Big C etc with scooters for hire. This Hotel is well worth it for families & singles totally safe with excellent buffet breakfast and the staff speak good English. We have stayed at many Hotels in Pattaya but this beats the whole lot...... no tour buses etc & in central location. We plan to do a video on the Hotel Resort. Use the Bell Bus service if coming from Bangkok airport as they take you direct to Hotel. The BEST in Pattaya for sure..

If you're in North Pattaya, Diana Garden is a fantastic option that provides everything you need at budget prices - strong wifi, workout room, pool, garden restaurant, lobby bar, bike rental and more - including a driving range. And it's only about a 10 minute walk, or 3-4 minute moto ride from Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, where renuval partners to assist clients - also just across the road from the bus station. Definitely give Diana Garden Resort a look if you're looking for efficient, friendly & affordable accommodations in the area :)

It took me some time to decide on booking Bella Villa Metro, as I had originally wanted to stay at another hotel nearby. When I did book it, I had expected usual 3 star standard that I was used to, having traveled around a bit and stayed in places ranging from hostels to 5 star hotels. Stepping into the lobby when I first arrived only reinforced my expectations. So imagine my surprise when I opened the door to my room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was working and in order. The bathroom was a good size, with a tub. There was a nice big sofa, a chair with a back (something I need while working on my laptop), the air-con was working well, and the view from the balcony was indeed a clear view of beautiful Pattaya Bay. For those who don't mind a short walk, the hotel is located close to North Pattaya road, about 5 mins walk away for the slower walkers. From there, the entire stretch is just food, shopping and recreation. Further up are the pubs and bars. And if you are too tired or just feeling lazy, it's easy and convenient to just hop onto one of those pickup taxis for 10 baht, to get yourself back within a 5 minutes walk of the hotel. For what I paid, the hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I'd most definitely recommend it to others heading to Pattaya for shopping, food or just to get away from the busy city.
