We were staying 5 days.I have nothing to complaint,because i booked from agoda,so i had a good deal,but if you contact directly to the hotel,it is not expensive.Everything was so good,the staffs were friendly and helpful,room was cleanly,i took 3mins to walk to the beach.They also have bottle of water for free,i were so surprise about that,for sure i will come back next time!High recomment!

Very close to the beach. My partner and I were comfortable there. We got a room facing away from the main street so there wasn’t any traffic noise.This gave us a peaceful night’s sleep. We’ll definitely come back to Novena should we visit to Vung Tau again. No negative comment.

This is a new hotel so the amenities and furnishings are all new and clean. Bed is comfy and room is spacious. Just across the beach and there is a Circle K right opposite too! Great deal! :)

New, clean, affordable, near the beach”
For the price we paid, it was definitely worthwhile to stay at Novena Hotel. We extended our stay for another night! The only problem is food but there is a 24-hour convenience shop nearby. We had to take a taxi to the mall or restaurants for meals.

The room is cozy dan decent. Very close to beach and Jesus Statue is walkable around 900 m from here. Mini Mart is in opposite that you can buy anything. The receptionist lady is a pleasent, she always ready to help you. She help us to book Shared Limousine to Ho Chi Minh. I recommended this hotel to you.

Near public beach, shops are around, comfortable location. Room is nice and fit, reasonable price. Only the man - receptionist - was bad attitude and not helpful and support. Play cellphone all the time i need some help (like as get the key or some concern...)

Everything is good, but there is a point that you could improve. Last time, I accidentally left some washable stain on the bed sheets, so I asked for a new bed sheets so that I could change it myself. But the receptionist ask me for the reason of the stain the way I feel a little award and unrespected to answer, then he told me "it's okay to give you a new bed sheets, but there is an additonal charge". Next time, I hope you could consider supplying those small stuff for free or at least just ask the customer if they make the stain themselves or it has been there before. Please don't go too much details, it could make your cuatomer feel uncomfortable.

The rooms look new and are spacious enough. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in all winter. Paid £12 a night. Nice little hotel for the money. Highly recommended.
