Room is very clean and quiet. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Even before my stay, the reservations staff are very helpful with my inquiries. The location is about 20-30 mins car ride from the touristy spots. I got around through transport apps (Grab and Bolt). A train station is being constructed nearby so hopefully in the future, the hotel will be much easier to access through public transportation.

a but remote from siam/riverside/wats but great room condition and good breakfast. Good price for a room -covered our taxi expenditure and we/tourist enjoyed tour like taxi-ride. We stayed one night at this hotel on our way home to another province. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are very kind and helpful. The pool was closed which was a little bit of a disappointment for my son. However, he loved the wifi (very strong) so he could play his computer game. :)

First time in this hotel. ”
I had a very good experience in this hotel. On arrival the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had an easy check in and was upgraded. The room we had the air con was noisy so they sent an engineer to have a look then moved us straight away to a new room. Rooms nice and clean with all the bit including a safe. Nice bar and restaurant free shuttle to mega bang na. Would recommend this hotel for a stay. The only thing I could fault is it’s quite a long way from anything and you would need a taxi 🚖

Suitable for business, layover or early flights”
11km from Suvarnabhumi Airport. This hotel is strategically located. However construction of the mass rapid transit line have cause some traffic jam during peak hours. Rooms are clean and decent with lots of international channels. Shopping malls are just 1-5km away from this hotel. However facilities such as gym and swimming pool require some updates. Breakfast spread is wonderful.

The entrance of the hotel is quite tricky. Focus on the left side after you pass the PPT gasoline station. You might easily go pass by. LOL

Pros: friendly staff, good food in restaurant, nice breakfast, quiet area. Cons: the building is old, elevator is very old design, carpet is not so clean, bed is not so comfortable but it is clean. The most I hope Novotel could do is to change the bath towel. It already turns grey and dirty. Please change..
