Within walking range to the city center and shopping malls. Room is spacious, new and clean but can be occasionally noisy from airplane taking off as it’s on the path of airplane departure. Breakfast is decent, would probably stay here again.

Located just 5 minutes from Maya shopping centre and about 5 to 15mins walk from good food places, bars, pubs and restaurants. Facilities were in good condition and the cleanliness is top notch.

This hotel located is inside a small alley. Few hundred meters away to Maya shopping. There is a 7-11 store and many eateries outside the main road. Room is big and clean and the hotel provide with free parking for people that drive..

We have stayed in handful of hotels in Thailand and this one by far has been our favorite one. They have a modern style with new appliances and finishes. They are also very clean and tidy. Professional employees, always caring for their guests and accommodating them! Also at a walkable distance to shopping areas, however, not close to the Old Town. We didn’t find that to be an issue though, we would use GrabTaxi to get around easily. Will recommend this hotel to my family and friends visiting this area.

We bought the rooms early and got a very good price. The location is a little hidden for walking but still easily accessible to the numerous eateries around the area. Shopping in a mall nearby is fun as you have access to many international brands.

This is a great new hotel not far from the old city but close enough. The hotel is value for money and the staff can't be faulted and are extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel not on the door stop of the night markets but closer enough for a short 80 baht ride in one of the vehicles that the locals use as a bus service.

Second time staying here. Good walking distance to Maya Mall and One Nimman. In fact even walkable to Warm Up if you can afford the time. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are friendly.

Good location near Maya mall, the end of the Superhighway, and a short drive to the nightlife and food in Nimmanhaemin. Comfortable bed with pillows and blankets you can sink into. Spacious bathroom, the sink and vanity being separate from the toilet is nice. Nice rooftop pool where you can watch the planes take off from the airport. Great staff switched my room without and hassle when the occupants next to my room were being very loud one night. Breakfast nice but it’s not better than the (many) tasty places to grab breakfast in Chiang Mai. Get it if you need the convenience. after my first day I started eating out elsewhere.
