A nice hotel in a nice place ”
Just n'est to the Buddhist temple , the Novotel is located in hearth of Jakarta. The room is clean and spacious , a little bit old but still ok. The people working in Novotel is really kind and take care of customers. The breakfast is nice also, offering enought choice to satisfy everyone. I think the Novotel is an excellent choice regarding the price / service and cleanness.

I would say value for money is the best quality for this hotel, I stayed for 7 nights with my husband and 2 kids (5 and 2 yo). We booked king suite and deluxe, the suite is very spacious (not the best interior though) and the bathroom is also huge, BUT I can’t find any place to put my shower amenities so in the end I had to put them on the floor everytime I went to shower.. The breakfast was Ok but we got bored on the 3rd day, luckily the location is very strategic and even within a walking range to some good restaurants.. A bit downside is that the main street is a bit crowded but Jakarta IS crowded all the time.. oh the pillow is another story, my husband and I barely had a sweet dream thanks to the pillow, maybe upgrade the pillow please?
