Super accessible to everything!”
Walked through the door looking for the standard long reception counter. Instead was warmly welcomed by a super-friendly reception staff at a surprisingly tiny table. Nice twist to the regular reception desks. Rooms are nice and comfy. Huge beds. Even the bathroom amenities were lovely. (Slept so well!) Location-wise, everything you would need / want is just a few steps away! Right next door are 2 massive supermarkets, a few steps more and you'll discover a street of cafes, restaurants and fast food. Walk a bit more and you're on Church Street where you'll discover an amazing selection of shops from Primark to Harvey Nichols. The world's largest LUSH store is right next to Primark, ... total shopper's haven! You're also within walking distance to just about everywhere. The Docklands, the Walker Gallery, ... Will definitely choose the Liverpool Novotel should I make another trip to Kopite country.

Great hotel , good soundproof rooms and facilities. Reception area very disorganised- tiny desk, no system , and a weird booking system for gym/ pool. Otherwise an excellent choice

Weekday break with partner. Hotel was fully booked during stay. Breakfast required pre-booking time slot, however, long queues to get a table. Seemed staff were working hard to try and clear tables but not enough of them to manage a fully booked hotel. Quite disorganised. Food was good once you got your table. Rooms are not cleaned during stay due to covid. Or replenished. Dropped an item under bed, went to retrieve and found the floor covered in dog biscuits(?), not cleaned properly between stays either. Assume understaffed housekeeping team too. Location is excellent, very central. Good blackout blinds and windows block city sounds for a good night sleep. Didn’t manage to use swimming pool or gym due to pre-booking restrictions.

When the hotel is at full capacity as in half term holidays there are long queues for breakfast, check in, under staffed to manage the volume of people which is not a 4 star service. Also as a modern hotel the dining area does not work for older people sitting on uncomfortable chairs such as benches. The pool is too small so often at full capacity you can’t get in it! It is not a relaxing experience when the hotel is full. The communal areas are too small but there is not enough staff at all to get the customers through fast enough for check in and dining.

Good location but don't expect too much otherwise. No drinking water provided unless you are in Executive Room, which then you have to request at conceited before getting it. No phones in room, you have to whatsapp them to get things done. No bath soap provided and was told its not been stocked for the time being... what?? Coffee machine in room but coffee capsules don't get replenished daily. It's like they are operating on shoestring budget...

this hotel is amazing. the location was close to liverpool center and all the action (liverpool one, st johns, albert"sdock, restaurants, night life. the rooms were modern, very comfortable beds, very clean, wifi is also availabe in the room(not free) nice little bar downd stairs, very friendly staff and helpful. would definately stay there again

We went to Liverpool for one night to watch a Liverpool FC match. The location is great for that matter, 25-30 mins walk from Anfield, near the bus/train station and next to many dining/drinking places.. would definitely recommend picking this choice.

My friend and I got a great rate online at this hotel. We couldn't believe our luck with location-just across from Liverpool One shopping area and within walking distance to everywhere interesting!It's also only one block from the bus station. It was a very pleasant trip and we felt very secure here. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Convenient, clean and stylish hotel”
Spacious room with reasonable room rate, clean environment. Very near city center and the train station. Few minutes walk to Alber Dort and the largest shopping mall. Bus station for going to Liverpool FC is very nearby. WIFI is not available inside room but they provide free internet access in public area (iMac).

A Pleasant Stay”
Overall quite a pleasant stay in Liverpool Novotel. Hotel is clean, bed is comfortable. The only thing a bit funny is the toilet & shower are two separate place. Will stay again when I travel to Liverpool again.

Great location fab hotel”
I loved tho hotel from when I arrived as I got there about 8:30am and they actually told me to have some breakfast and they would update me asap so I did then they came and got me and checked me in. Room is lovely and big with a lounge area, fab shower over bath with rainfall showerhead, toilet was separate, it has everything a free safe, a kettle with milk, range of teas, and coffee refilled every day, sheets changed everyday. A fridge which is fab as it was boiling when I was there for the Feis weekend. A nice gym and pool area. Its bang in the middle of the town, a 3min walk from Bus One Station which serves all buses including 500 Arriva from airport (30mins, £2.30 one way) and then the Albert Docks etc are 10min walk south of hotel and if you turn right you are in a mega brill shopping area and loads of pubs, takeaways, restaurants etc yet the rooms are totally quiet. Will definitely stay again, but book though Accord direct or no benefits.

Perfectly located to numerous super nice restaurants and transport. The rooms are very clean and consistent in standards with the other Novotel hotels I have stayed.
