Great hotel, but need more Gluten Free food on the menu”

Cannot fault the hotel in any way. Great rooms, brilliant staff and good location. The food is excellent. but only thing they should address is the restaurant evening menu which isn’t Gluten Free friendly with not many alternative options off the menu. If this was fixed it would open up a whole new client base and would encourage repeat visits. Everything else 10/10

Great Hotel”

I had a room on the 15th floor and it was great with complimentary coffee machine, canned water, and there was an iron and ironing board to use. Towelling gowns and slippers also provided. I had the hotel breakfast and the continental selection was excellent. All staff were lovely too. Its location is perfect for the city and just across from the new hospital.

Great hotel”

The staff were great, early check in. Our room was gorgeous and spotless. Great facilities and pleased with the security of the building. Not too far to walk into town centre and Great parking close to hotel which was only £13 for a 24 hour stay.

New hotel ”

A very new hotel and some facilities look not yet launch. The windows are dirty, the reception seems too casual and car park has not yet ready for parking. You come with car is very inconvenient and the nearby carport is very expensive for overnight. However room condition is neat and clean.
