Decent hotel, close to tube ”
The rooms are clean but the AC is a bit weak. Might struggle to get decent ventilation in the summer. Didn't like the smell of the towels. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

Access & Noisy - thin walls despite low occupancy”
Pros: Just 10 mins walk from Hammersmith, price, clean open space as one steps in Housekeeping: friendly, responsive Cons: Access: One has to drag your luggage all around the short-cut stairs to get to building. And location always strong gust of wind so it was really cold. Clients: Loud shouting families seem to favor this hotel? ( thin walls so impossible to sleep with loud music & banging, shouting)There were 2 such families during my week’s stay. Why do they crowd all along a corridor when it’s low season? Why put family of 4 in middle of corridor? I was expecting biz travellers for some peace n quiet. Maintenance: broken fridge. Stale socks in sofa, broken charging pod. Annoyance as it eats into your stay. Technician was brilliant n polite. Staff: Generally polite except for one, issue of miscommunication as issues raised not followed up & disseminated to team. Also claimed my they have no news of my request in agoda so I did not get the room I had requested. Overall: 3/10

Photos of rooms were outdated, bottles of water were not replaced after servicing, coffee stains on the paper mat of mug left by previous stayer not replaced.

Service deteriorated ”
We had stayed in this property in 2018 which was a good experience. However our recent visit in 2022 was a total let down. The housekeeping would not clean our rooms at allat 3 days straight, until we complained. Even then on the 4th day we noticed that only the bed was made, rest of the things were untouched- such as the dustbin was still full, the tea coffee compliments were not refilled, bathroom still the same, towels not changed etc. A total disappointing experience for the price they make us pay. The breakfast was exactly the same for all the 11 days we stayed there.

Rooms have very thin walls and no aircon”
At first, the room in itself looks comfortable but I realized that room partitions (room to room) were only made of gypsum board thus, you can hear people talking and when they move or when the tv is on. Second, we were not informed that the aircon is off and only the heater is on. After two nights of a warn room, we called the reception and was only then informed that we had to open the window. Reception could have told us upon check-in that this was the case and not submit us to sleeping in a warm room. Location is a walk from the Underground and restaurants. Rating would be a six out of ten.

The location of the hotel is great but you need to pass through a quiet lane where we were stopped by a stranger who claimed to be a policeman. The daily making up of the room was disappointing. Our room was often not made-up at all.

The hotel is dirty, carpet is old and dirty spots,, burnning spot , bed side light switch is rusted, doors are chiped, bath cutlery not provided only small shampoo tube. Bed Lenin is old and have rough feeling touch. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Avoid at all costs”
The rooms are tired and old and in terrible condition. Not worth staying here at all. The staff is amazing and location is good that’s about it. Everything else about this hotel is crappy. Biggest mistake staying here. Please don’t book no matter what. The room feels like you’re staying in a shordy random motel instead of a 4 star hotel that’s charged you 240 GBP. This is the worst hotel, worst stay and worst room I’ve had ever in my entire life.

No possibility to add points as not bookes via their official page, breakfast motel style, room was not super tidy, there are greasy spots on the wall above bed and under the table. Overall, not a usual Novotel.

I stayed for 2 nights. But after came back to my country, they charged me one more night. I never stayed there 3 nights. But they don't respont me and never told or explain about overcharge. They're almost thief
