Been staying with Novotel Mangga Dua for many years as a Business Traveller. Easy to access the mall behind. It's a simple mall, nothing much unfortunately - but you can still get almost everything (money exchange, clothes, groceries, cooked food/snacks, mobile phone help, etc) you may ever need for a business trip. From hotel location, it is easy to get to almost all places within Jakarta city (with less jam) partly because you need to pay to get to this area (odd/even car plate restriction zone). Also fairly easy to get to highway towards airport. One of all time fav hotels in Jakarta for sure.

Location is on the traffic road, facilities is good, but the Transmart Mall near location is permanently closed for about a week before. So make sure you bring all your personal stuffs before you stay on travel here. Overall the Hotel is absolutely good, standard service, breakfast with various menu, swimming pool is good, there is beautiful fish pond, and also PS3 game console in kids corner. Bed are comfort, Nice place to stay.

Great Hotel & Friendly Stuffs”
The hotel has clean big rooms and close to attractive places. Also, the stuffs are very friendly and helpful. I would like to thanks for Efan for all his support and friendly to keep this place cozy. Moreover, we booked the room including breakfast which the restaurant has many food variety. This hotel is above the mall but has their own entry.

Third Time is A Charm”
Like usual, always have my staycation in Novotel, and for the third time Novotel never dissapointed me, though during the check in process, there was more than one hour delay, which until now, I still don't know why... But the staffs are more attentive this time, and the car that I used being registered properly for the free parking, so I don't need to go back and forth just to take the free parking facilities at the concierge. The pool and gym also like usual super clean, though during my visit to the fish pond, there is a fish that can't close its mouth because a little fish stuck in its mouth, I already informed this to the staff, and hope they are able to help that poor fish. During the late checkout, the staff also allow me to use the room until one, not like my previous visits. Overall, Novotel still becomes my favorite and for sure will stay here again :)

Like usual, Novotel always able to fill my expectation and I love staying here, and my room is superb. This time I got room in 5th floor, and gosh, I love this room so much, it has a city view, near all the facilities but still give me enough privacy. The room also bigger with proper 'living room' andthere is this space near the window, where I can take picture for my product photography with proper natural light from the sun, yes you can see the sunrise from this room, as well :) and there is this sink outside the bathroom which is perfect to clean the utensils and your hands during this pandemic season. Will go back again for sure :)

Very nice hotel, it’s still fairly new place the rooms and furnitures are still clean and good conditions. The location is an added bonus, very close to ancol, shopping places and restaurants. Recommended
