Excellent location”
The location is awesome. It’s just right across the beach with the Novotel hotel’s deck chairs for guests only and walking distance to restaurants and spa. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom has a sunken bath which made a difference to the showering experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet Breakfast spread was decent but taste wise was ok only. Can be improved.

The hotel is right at the beach, just go across Tran Phu street and the beautiful scene is there. Staffs all are friendly. My family had a wonderful trip here! Remember to wake up at about 5:30-6:00AM, you'll gonna see the most beautiful sun rising from your room in the hotel

Excellent beachfront location. Crossing the road to get to the beach is a challenge/daredevil type exercise for a lot of tourists as there is a generally steady stream of 4 lanes of traffic day and night, and no traffic lights/pedestrian crossing. This applies to any beachfront place in Nha Trang, to be fair. The room was very nice - spacious, clean and modern with a balcony that had an amazing view. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall the ammenities, such as the gym and steam room/spa facilities are very good. Room service menu is good but pricey, although I wouldn't recommend going to Vietnam and eating western hotel food generally in any event - not when the local cuisine and street food is so delicious and usually very cheap. The swimming pool area is quite a bit smaller than I expected and is pretty much in the shade all day, so not really appealing, but overall if in Nha Trang again, I'd happily stay here again.

Great Location and Nice rooms with View”
I booked 1 night and booked the standard room which has partial ocean view but when I checked in, I was told that they upgraded my room to an Ocean View Room. The room is very spacious and balcony has an unobstructed view of the ocean. The bathroom also looks good and well maintained. Breakfast has a lot of options. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

Maybe there is a culture reason from US or EU, the hotel doesn't equip the toilet bidet, thus I would reduce rating to 4stars of service (instead of 5). Besides, local government was using public speaker to educate about Covid-19, it makes a lot of noise from 4h30AM till 10:30PM...
